Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Norco

I stopped here for lunch the other afternoon. I had not been to Jimmy John's for a very long time because I did not live close to one. In the past I used to eat at Jimmy John's quite often. I would always get the gargantuan on the regular bread not on the French bread. This time I got the gargantuan on the French bread. When I get it on the regular bread it seems to be a larger sandwich. I always get extra oil and extra Mayo, extra tomatoes and on the French bread it was a lot soggier than on the regular bread. The sandwich was still good and it took me three meals to eat the whole thing.

The two people that were working were very friendly and greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. I was taking a order for somebody who had never been to Jimmy John's and they were very patient waiting for me as I was trying to figure out what my wife wanted to eat. The restaurant itself, especially behind the counter, was very clean and organized. There was nobody in the restaurant at the time I stopped by. They did make the sandwich very quickly and they did cut mine in half. Their prices were a little bit less than Subway which was a relief.

My experience at Jimmy John's in Norco this past Sunday was the best. I placed my order on the app. Highly recommend ordering through the app, you are able to collect points for free food and redeem coupons.

When I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff and they informed me that they were working on my order.

All the staff members were wearing gloves and masks; which was a plus for me.

The attention to detail from the staff is the best. They made sure every sandwich was made to perfection; they lined up the cheese, deli meats. Very well balanced sandwich. When they finish the sandwich, they triple check that all the items are in the bag.

Worst JJ's sandwich ever!!! I ordered the number 9 with no mayo which I've ordered countless times at other Jimmy John's. When I got it and finally opened it in my truck about 20 minutes away, driving, it was covered with oil and oregano as if they just threw it on top of the sandwich not inside. Also the dummies decided to put hot mustard on a Italian sandwich which first off is the stupidest thing I've ever heard since it's not supposed to be on there secondly ruined my lunch.
