Casey's — Restaurant in Norfolk

Every time I stop here to get fuel it seems like half or more of their pumps are down with the yellow bags over them making it really difficult to get fuel sometimes because of the parking lot layout. Maybe I just have bad timing, I don't know. I know a lot of people complain about the pumps being pre-pay only, but that's what it's like now EVERYWHERE, it's the new norm, get used to it and get over it. The parking lot here is really odd, there's really no place to park near or in front of the doors to "stop in quick to grab something" without being in everyone's way of the gas pumps or blocking other people in or getting blocked in yourself. You have to park clear over on either side of the building just to go inside. Once inside, EVERYTHING is REALLY nice and clean and the employees are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and make sure you get checked out in a timely manner and the cashier lines are kept at a minimum.

An after thought: The parking lot would've been a lot better if they ran the pumps East/West instead of North/South. I actually think they could've gotten more pumps in that way as well. That would've given more room at the front of the store for parking and solved the traffic flow issue and people getting...

I like going to this Casey's usually on our way through town. It's our halfway point and a good place for gas. Yesterday they had almost ALL of their pumps down! While we were there another one quit working. I went inside to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were both wrecked. No toilet paper in the women's. Needed to get some refreshments for my family and the two guys manning the front seemed to not be too concerned about how busy it was or quick service. All in all I will still be using Casey's but definitely thinking twice about stopping at this...

There is the employee working there tonight at this our I ordered a pizza she has long hair very rude . Idk if anyone else delt with her but I ordered a pizza asked for my order she demanded I went and got my ticket then called the police on me to make her self feel great and still wouldn’t give me her name the police and I talked and still called the store and nope won’t give me a name very professional.
