I went to this location on 9/15/2024 at around noon. Ive gone to this location since 2018 and have mixed experiences each time that I’ve gone. Ive never had exceptional service or food however I expect to have better treatment than what I received today.

I pulled up to the speaker and waited patiently for someone. No one said anything so I then said “hello” and then waited again. No one responded so I pulled around thinking I could get better assistance at the window. I then went to the window after waiting for the car ahead of me to leave. When the employee came to the window i explained everything to her and she told me I would need to go back around in the drive thru. I wasn’t too upset but I also didn't feel another trip around the drive thru was the best service either. I did become upset when I heard the lady in the back speaking more aggressively in the background. She tells her that she said something and i needed to go back around. I heard this and this caused me to feel undervalued as a customer because I didn’t feel that was efficient enough and her tone was unprofessional. I asked for her name and was told they wouldn’t give that information to me which was another unsettling aspect of this situation.

Another lady comes to the window and acknowledges me and listens attentively however she offered no reassurance other than the speaker was messed up. She then reiterates the message and tells me I have to go around back through the drive through.

I left the establishment and didnt order my coffee. I’m honestly shocked at this level of service given to me today. I guess I come from a different time where I expect better customer service. I was hoping to get an apology. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience we caused you back there, sure we can take your order here.” What happened to that level of care?

I’m disappointed and they had at least twelve people behind the counter...

this is the DD right around the corner from my apartment. it's so convenient to just hop a street over and grab a coffee when im in a rush . i only come here once in a while but just about every experience i've had here has been negative. i am lactose intolerant so i order the iced latte made with almond milk and always ask at the window to confirm my drink was made with almond milk. twice i've gotten this drink and it was made with real milk and i could not drink it. wasted money. this morning i stopped by because i had a gift card and wanted to treat myself. there was no one in line around 7:30am which seemed a little odd. i ordered a breakfast sandwich and my usual iced latte, pulled up to the window where the girl scanned my gift card. it didnt work. she tried again. she looks at me and with an attitude says "it aint working". i reply it's a $10 gift card just given to me. she goes to get someone else to try it and the next lady is very nice and gets the code to work. i receive my order and confirm if my drink was made with almond milk as it didnt even say it on the receipt and i know almond milk costs extra. there's 3 people at the window at this point and they all say yes. first sip i take and it was obviously not made with almond milk. wasted my gift card. AND got rude service. i would give 1 star but there have been times where the service is good and they gave me the correct drink but i won't be returning. no wonder there wasnt a single person in line at one of...

This is my first google review so as a side note i will say i must have been really troubled to say anything at all. this is my second time coming to this location in different times of the year and they've messed up both of my orders on two occasions. It's not a difficult order at all just a blue berry bacon egg and cheese bagel and an iced Macc. I forget what happened last time but this time they ran out of blueberry bagels which is fine I understand so I just ordered it on a cinnamon bagel. I get my order and since the last time they messed up I checked it before I pulled off and I saw they only gave me a bagel with no bacon egg or cheese. I told them this and they questioned me like I was the wrong one. The gentleman refixed my order and I offered to pay the difference since they rang it up wrong but they said it was okay and I left. Ate my bagel and nothing on it was warm! This dd is terrible and it'll be the last time...
