Update on awful service below!
Delicious croissants!! Service is fast if you go through drive through but slow if you go inside. I always order the same thing every week I go and sometimes I get a hard time for order no meat on a sandwich on the 2 for $5 promotion deal (they want to ring it in a different way that makes it k ore expensive) instead of just ringing it up as the 2 for $5 and just excluding the meat. But sometimes i get no hassle at all, so I guess it all depends on the staff!
Update. I have been visiting this location now maybe 3-5 mornings a week for the past few months. The staff have become increasingly short and rude. Today (4•27•18 @ 8:15 am) I went through the drive through and ordered my wake up wraps as usual. When i got to the window I asked for a large water, I was fully aware and willing to pay the. 20 cents that I'm used to paying there for water. The lady at the window told me that I could not "Add on at this time". I was baffled. So I rephrased the questions and asked, "Am I not able to buy a water?" The lady at the window shook her head and said, "No" after talking with another lady (a manager?). I was so confused and upset that I was being refused to add on to my order (a .20 CENT WATER for crying out loud!) I said ok and left. I would rather go my morning at work without eating than to be refused an order I'm fully willing to pay for. Not sure who trained these women but they need to be retrained on being more customer oriented and definitely should be trained not to tell the customer "No" for unclear reasons. You have lost a 5× a week customer Dunking Donuts. I will be going elsewhere now in the morning...
Read moreGuy on the speaker asked me three times to repeat my order, to which I said correctly the first three times. Then the fourth time I mistakenly said Kiwi Strawberry and he replied back we don’t have that knowing he heard me the first three times but was too busy hehehahaing in the background. Should’ve pulled off then but tried to give them a chance. Then pulled up to the window a lady took my card. I asked for the receipt (drive thrus are pretty sketchy these days) but she said they don’t give receipts. First time I’ve heard that but whatever. I ordered two drinks and a side of bacon. The drinks came out at a reasonable speed, maybe two minutes after I pulled up but the bacon took over five minutes so I’m thinking they’re making it fresh. She then came back to the window and asked you just had bacon right with an attitude to which I responded a simple yes. She reached back and grabbed a bag from a girl and said here then threw her hands up like she was trying to dismiss me for no reason whatsoever. Come to find out the bacon was RAW and COLD. I went inside to ask for a refund because quite frankly I was over it at this point and she had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. I said you clearly said at the window we don’t give receipts so how am I supposed to provide a receipt. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well and walked off. I left the bacon on the counter and left....
Read moreI have had way too many negative experiences with this site to even list them all. They hire uneducated, RUDE, disrespectful employees who stay on their phone, talk like they didn't make it past the 4th grade and NEVER provided any positive customer service! They break all the rules, never get my coffee right, pull customers forward to stop the clock because they are so slow! They will get attitude when asked to re make coffee correctly! They even made fun of the way I like my coffee one time, and I got out and approached the manager regarding this experience. One time recently I came at 6 in the evening, the lobby hours posted were till 8 pm. The doors were LOCKED! I went around to the drive thru window and the employee was sitting on a counter on his celll phone. When I asked why he was closed as the posted hours are till 6 he said they had robbies recently. When I called back the next day to try to speak to a manager, it was the same guy, and he lied and said there was no manager there, and refused to take my number or have anyone call me.
