What an utterly amazing addition to this part of Norfolk! If you are from NY or up north you know water ice. You usually can find it on a hot day outside or in an Italian place…now in VA you don’t have to look any further! This place sells water ice as an amazing price with so many flavors! I had the strawberry kiwi. I got one scoop because I was curious..what a mistake..I ended up wanting 3 more after I shoveled it down. My boyfriend got the cotton candy two scoops, and it made his whole night. The place is so cute from the outside, and inside. Clean, neat, and so friendly. My boyfriend was so pleased with the service and water ice. You can’t really find water ice here..and you can’t beat their quality. I will absolutely be a regular customer. This is a lovely, little, neighborhood ice cream shop in the heart of Colonial place. Whimsical decor & comfortable seating. Friendly & helpful staff. A great variety of flavors. The combinations are pretty much endless. Parking is a bit rough(on street parking only)but you can park on the side streets & walk a short distance. It's a pink building so you can't miss it!! I had the cinnamon ice cream w/cinnamon toast crunch & fried apples topping. I got it blended so it doesn't look great but it was delicious. I'm gonna get it in a cereal...

The ice cream we had here was great, with lots of toppings and cereal mix in options. I had the chocolate "shake up" milkshake with cereal. My kids liked the chocolate with Lucky Charms.

I took off a star because of the TV. It is pretty loud and my kids focus more on it than us having a fun family outing. The plastic spoon was also a little weak for my ice cream, almost snapped in half. Just some feedback for...
