Unexplained terrible customer service at this location on 7/6/2020, at about 7:15pm. Corporate has been notified. I was ordering food through the drive thru, the employee/manager Alexis taking our order was answering very fast, rude and unpleasing. We did not have any issues coming to this restaurant until the employee made us feel uncomfortable. When we pulled to the window to pay, there was an unpleasant feeling from Alexis. We did not comment her or anything, we just paid for our food and thought nothing of it, just move on... As we were driving to the next window, I turned my head around because we have kids in the car and was giving my attention to them but looked at Alexis and she stuck the middle finger to us......This action was uncalled for and if there are cameras facing her directions then please review immediately. At that moment I could not believe what just happened and I instantly called for the manager as we were going to the next window...The manager that came to us was a latin male with no name tag. I explained what happened and asked for their names and corporate information. He refused to give the information and refunded us the transaction. He did not apologize or explain anything to what had happened. He ignored us. When we asked for his name he said "I don't have to, you don't know and I dont know you." He took offense to us rather than trying to hear us out. I said to him that he was a horrible unprofessional manager with the worst customer service ever. I do not understand why Alexis took her personal feelings out on customers who are simply just trying to place an order and expect pleasant decent service. The kids in the car were very worried about what happened. This really just makes no sense. So I am taking the proper steps to write reviews and reach out to Mcdonalds to address all the employees at this location to get RE-TRAINED on customer service, or get new employees who are grateful and pleased to provide service. Alexis was not wearing a name tag as well. We got her name from customers. We found out that she is actually the manager.....Please address this serious problem. This was uncalled for and strictly unprofessional. Again this issue that happened will...
Read moreThis was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The biggest issue with it is that the employees were so rude that they probably wouldn't have even recognized that there was an issue with their behavior. The person taking my order at the drive through didn't greet me, he just said "can I take your order?" Not good but not terrible. It seemed he was confused by my order a "double cheeseburger combo". Apparently that doesnt exist. No problem. But instead of explaining it to me, he just rang me up for each item separately. Again not a big deal, but the issues are starting to add up. Then he just repeated a word over and over. I could not tell what he was saying. I said "excuse me" a couple of times, "I'm sorry, can you repeat that?" Etc. Very polite. After 4 or 5 attempts I finally realize he is saying "sauce". Just the word "sauce". Not "what type of sauce would you like?" or even "type of sauce?" (which still wouldn't have been great customer service - but it's an improvement). It was obvious that I couldn't hear or understand what he was saying but he simply persisted in repeating the same thing instead of trying another approach. Very rude. Then at the window he just took my card and returned it with the receipt. Total silence - no "thank you" or anything. At the pickup window it became worse. The man at the window looked as if he was very annoyed by my presence. He handed me my food and I checked the bag very quickly. I found my sauce was missing. I asked him for the sauce (which was on the receipt) and a lot of ketchup. He silently handed me 2 ketchup packets and my sauces. He said something and I didn't hear what he said so I said "I'm sorry I didn't hear you". He said "I wasn't talking to you" in a very rude tone. The tone he used was incredibly rude and confrontational. I will never ever return to that McDonald's again and I will make sure my wife knows that I dont want her...
Read moreNOW SERVING PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT FOR NON-BLACKS AT THIS LOCATION - A.K.A DISCRIMINATION! I came to this establishment to pick up an order for someone, and when I entered, there wasn't a team member at the register. On the other side of the counter was a Caucasian female with her two adolescent children. We were both waiting to be served. The Caucasian woman, in her impatience, elevated her tone so the team members in the kitchen could hear and asked "can we get some help over here?" Another Caucasian female with a short, blonde hair cut, dressed in all black walked out and asked the annoyed woman with two children what she needed. I stood at the pickup counter and waited patiently to be recognized, and instead, the white team member refused to acknowledge me. So I kindly said as she was passing, "excuse me, I'm here to pick up and order for [insert name here]." She quickly interjected as I was talking and replied, "it will be out when it's ready," then walked away. I immediately left the store and canceled the order. NOT TODAY SATAN! Her real irritation was toward the Caucasian female with two adolescent children, but instead she chose to use me as target practice - the kind African American woman who spoke to her with RESPECT! You must be out of your mind to think that I would accept that projection. I didn't deserve the disrespect, but the white woman with two kids surely did. Why did she think it was remotely acceptable to be rude to me? Two women are in front of her: one white, one black. One rude, one respectful, and yet she targeted the black, respectful one. Call it racist, call it discriminatory, call it a bad day, call it whatever you want! I call it disgusting and unacceptable. If you are African American, I urge you NOT to spend your dollars and cents here. They do not treat black people like they are worthy of common courtesy. You...
