I tend to see things more even keel than most. Some places and servers have an off night but not 3 days after opening to such fanfare. This was without a doubt my worst restaurant experience. It took 15 minutes for water and then an hour for an appetizer. They ran out of ranch dressing? How is that possible. But having 4 kids we don't get out often so we stuck it out in hopes of improvement. Nope. We decided to get the BBQ sampler, mind you I fancy myself an above average backyard smoker having just made a picnic pork and rib tips that were devoured by my coworkers (yes I am bragging) that weekend. So when I was informed they ran out of ribs I was less than happy but the waitress said we could get double of the other items. Another 45 minutes later we got what you see in the first pic. It was missing 2 items plus the double items we had been offered. After a few more minutes and talking with our waitress she took them back and brought us the same plates with the 2 missing items but still no double items. She said it was on the way so we started with what we had. Food review: Pulled pork was dry and not pulled/shredded. It was a hunk of meat. Brisket: cold, dry, cut thin due too undercooking no doubt but the flavor was ok. Sausage: This was the only redeeming part of the plate but I doubt it was made on site anyway. Likely just heated/grilled. Fries trio: We only got 2 types that I could discern but it's hard to mess up fries so they were on par with any other place. Pickles. We got two measly pickle slices. Not even enough to put on a burger, less count as a side. Although what we had was good. Coleslaw: Was simply shredded cabbage. No sauce of any kind. If that was the intent A+. But tasted terrible. I forget to mention I make my own slaw too so I know what plane cabbage tastes like. Bread: I know the menu said white bread, I didn't think that actually meant white bread out of a bag that had clearly been sitting out for too long. It was obvious that this was not unique to our meal as several tables simply got up and left. It took our waitress another 30 minutes to get ahold of the manager so that we could share our concerns. She was simply happy we didn't yell like the group that she just finished talking too. She blamed the kitchen staff and even said she thought our plates look off when they went out. Then why didn't she correct it then? At least she comped the meal. Unless there is a marked improvement in food quality, the price is outrages even if we got everything we were supposed to. I would suggest mission BBQ in VB hands down over this place for quality BBQ. All that being said the place looked great but that's not enough to get me to come back.

Aggressively mediocre. The only words that come to mind when I think of this restaurant. I wish I could give it zero stars, but unfortunately its not a option. Guy Fieri has created a name for himself through the food network and from that he has a large selection of restaurants. My family ate at his Mexican restaurant in Nevada and kept raving about it to me, so when I discovered that one of his restaurants was right around the corner, I had to go. Greeted promptly our smiling hostess brought us to the table and even wiped it down, ensuring that it is clean. Honestly, I have to say that she was probably the best part of this visit. With a lack luster demeanor our server showed up just asking for our drink order, I asked her for a specific beer that I saw in tap at the bar and she gave me a bewildered look as if I was speaking a foreign language. From that point on she never came back to our table without us having to call her over. We ordered the "trash can nachos" which is a very appropriate name because truly, that is where they belong. Broken chip fragments accompanied with a smidge of meat and toppings earned its name for sure. Ordering a burger typically consists of naming the said burger and then saying how you would like it cooked, not here it's either "pink or brown." When the world famous mac and cheese burger came it was not cooked as promised, it was dry, and the bun was burnt. I was shocked that a kitchen would look at the burger as it went out the window, and the server would look at it and no one would say anything. Those were some of many complaints (dirty booths, slippery floors, poor decor, wobbly tables, uneven chairs)for this restaurant which has earned its low rating from myself and many, many others. I think Guy Frieri needs to come over and observe and fix the downfall of this restaurant.

Went here mostly for the novelty so I didn't expect anything gourmet.... but just for fun I'll break down the things that were remarkably bad and the couple things that were decent. Expensive mixed drinks but they are pretty strong. I ordered the "tuna tacos", tenderized chunks of overdressed raw tuna inside what was like an fried egg roll shell with "coleslaw" but they straight up gave me like a weird sprinkle of dry, raw cabbage slices?? Who does that?? Would Guy serve that!? The $6 side of brussel sprouts come in a comically small ramekin but they are pretty delicious. You have to request donkey sauce which was disappointing, I was hoping for a table trough I could easily dunk my head in. Also, the mirrors in the bathroom are like a dark grey, and the whole place looks like a haunted mansion or like they forgot to pay electricity bill. Guy wasn't even at the restaurant? Does he have better things to do??? Can someone ask Guy to install a few new lights if he ever does swing by?? It was funny to go here once but I prob won't be returning to this price gouged Flavortown.

Beware or just lower your expectations!!!!

Decided to take the family in between lunch and dinner (thinking it would be a better time to try them out) on 5/13/17. The hostess quoted a 1 1/2 hour wait time. We were ok with the time as we can easily see that the entire center was packed. Around 45 minutes into the wait we were offered the patio for immediate seating. We accepted that as my girlfriend was hungry and my 2 year also needed to eat. We were sat a small table for 2 guests (almost as if they were expecting my son to stay in his stroller). We were never offered a high chair or if he could sit in a regular chair. We moved tables without any issue but noticed there weren't any kids menus?? There was some confusion amongst the wait staff after we moved tables. It appeared that 3 servers were working the patio but only one moved with a sense of urgency. Which seemed extremely strange as the entire center is jammed packed and their pay is based on performance?! After 2 servers attempted to take our drink orders I asked one of the bus boys if he wouldn't mind getting my son a kids menu after I realized they forgot. After a short period he came back and said they didn't have them yet scratches head...a restaurant that doesn't have something for a 2 year old to do while waiting for his meal?? The server returns and I ask what do they offer for kids...she listed 3 things and none of the options were chicken nuggets/strips. The server made her best attempt of suggestive selling for sweet potatoes, in which my son turned his nose to.

To make this a little shorter because I have better things to do...

I ordered a burger with Mac-Cheese that was suppose to be medium. It was over cooked with zero pink AND it was cold...both the burger and Mac/cheese.

• My girlfriend ordered some sort of St. Louis ribs that was over cooked and wasn't impressed.

• The server offered us happy appetizers on a Saturday then came back 20 min after ordering to say "oops."

They did take the burger and sweet potatoes off the bill. But at that point the damage was done. No manager presence on the patio.

• Waited an hour to receive a lackluster meal.

We've gone to Guy's restaurant in NY that has been nothing short of amazing, but they have a lot of growing if this restaurant is going to last.

•I actually felt bad for the other people waiting in line as we left as I am sure they are going to have an experience that mirrored what we just...

We arrived at 1pm this Friday afternoon to an almost empty restaurant. We sat down and ordered drinks and then ordered food when the drinks came out (no later than 1:10pm). Shortly afterward, someone came over and asked us to move tables for a large party coming in. We did so without complaint because we both worked in restaurants before and are very understanding of different situations. A large party of 15-20 people came and sat next to us maybe 5-10 mins after we placed our order. Our server was also their server. We were just thankful we got our food order in before they arrived. We enjoyed conversation while we waited until my husband (who is super patient) asked if I felt like it was taking a long time for it to come out. It had been 20 minutes. We kept waiting as more time went by. Around 1:45, our server, Lauryn, came to ask us if everything was okay. I asked if she knew why it had been so delayed and she said she didn’t know but would go check. She came back with the answer that the kitchen was backed up and her order had been delayed, yet people that had come in after us had gotten their orders already. We told her we had an appointment to go to and didn’t expect to be here as long as we had been since it wasn’t busy. Lauryn said she told the kitchen to rush our order. It arrived around 1:55 and my fries were cold and soggy, my burger was warm at best, and my husband’s food was completely wrong. He ordered pulled pork and brisket came out. He said it was still okay, but not what he wanted. I asked Lauryn for the check with the food so we still had a chance to make the appointment. Then sure enough, as soon as our food came out, so did the large party’s food. All of it. I was livid. Telling people the kitchen is backed up is one thing. Making two people wait almost an hour for overpriced, gross food is another. We told Lauryn our food wasn’t good and she was apologetic and comped my burger. It was still almost $60 after tip. Unacceptable and we...
