Saturday June 14,2025 12:02am Came to pick up a door dash order. I went thru drive thru. The female in drive thru said that she didn’t see any thing on her side when it came to the customers order. I was very confused because the customer order clearly was showing on my phone. She said the customer must of cancel the order. I got out of drive through Parked my car and I called the Wendy’s. Someone else picked up and I told them what happened . The person said they rebooted the system since it’s a new day and that may be a reason why the customers order didn’t show up. I asked If it was okay to go back through the drive thru and she said “yes”. I went back through the drive thru the same little girl saids the customer order is not up there. Well I proceeded to tell her that I called and whoever I was speaking to in the inside said they had to reboot the system since it was a new day and the customers order may not show up due to the reboot. The little girl aka employee saids and tries to lie and say she tried to explain about the reboot the first time while trying to figure out what else to say next because she didn’t know what to say. I proceeded to get out of drive thru again. I reached out to the customer and told her the person in drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. I told the customer I’m going to call the customer service and figure out what to do. I call customer support they tell that the customer didn’t cancel her order and to see if I could get them to make the meal and they will pay on their end. Went through the drive thru again. The employee said we only have nuggets and fries and I tell her I’m the same person from earlier and I have customer service support on the phone. I told her what the customer service said and literally she was no help at all. She need to get fired because pretty much she’s unprofessional, she lies, she lazy and pretty much I take that she is stealing time. Y’all don’t need to be hiring people who don’t want to work but just want to make easy money and steal time. I can tell people are hiring friends and family because people who supposed to be working are hanging out and chilling in the parking . My years of giving great customer service. Read moreI went yesterday morning for breakfast. The website said they opened at 6:30a so I stop omw to work to not only get me breakfast but also getting breakfast for my individuals at the group home. Well what a disappointment at 6:40a they were not open. I called and the phone just rang, then I got a call back say did someone just call this number 🙄. I was like yes I did is this Wendy's she stated yes, I was like I was just there in the drive thru and no one took my order she stated that they were short staff that's why they were not open. I expressed to her that every time I come to this Wendy's it's always something then I went on to say that I was going to report them she stated go ahead. I have tried to contact corporate but have not gotten a call back or was able to talk to anyone. They definitely need to shut this location down or get some dependable, more seasoned and professional staff. I am all for the young folk working but when they do not have good leadership then it is a hot mess. Some of the Manager's at this location is just as worst as the staff. They never have two things that match...lol!! Like chili no container to put it in, you order one thing get home and don't have what you ordered but you got some one else order. It's just frustrating how the customer service is a mess at this location. I do not have an issue at any other location...
