I love that they have updated the restaurant in the Chrysler Museum to Zinnia! It’s convenient, has indoor and outdoor seating and is very modern. I appreciated the clean bathrooms as well! The staff is always nice and it’s a great place to have lunch or just have a coffee. We stopped in to have lunch while we were seeing the Paul McCartney exhibit. And then continued to see the new painting collection upstairs. They do have seasonal menus so it could change what is available. The portions are large ( I took home half my burger ) and well put together. My burger was cooked perfectly and how I wanted it. My only complaint would be having to sit too close to strangers because they are so busy sometimes. But that’s a good thing! Also I’m not a fan of the ranch dressing or ketchup. It was almost a hint of vinegar in the ranch and the ketchup was sweet. Can’t wait to stop by again and try something else on the menu.

Ambience is wonderful, beautiful and clean and bright. Decor clean lines and artistic. Ambience is a 5. Patrons of the Chrysler Museum of Art seem to be the frequent diners here. Service is nice, friendly, feels exclusive (upscale). Service is a 5. You're greeted as soon as you walk In. You're asked if you want indoor or outside seating - on a gorgeous 81 degree February day - it's a no Brainer to ask for outdoor seating. I ordered the Peking duck salad. Large portion. The duck was dry and cold (not even room temperature), seems like I got the last pickings around the carcass.the salad was wilted. Maybe days in the fridge? Food is def 3. Will be back hopefully for a better duck confit sandwich.

Newly opened in Chrysler Museum. Started with the MAPLE BOURBON PICKLES made in-house, and the super delicious FRIED PIMENTO STICKS šŸ˜‹ Then came our CRAB CAKE SANDWICH with romaine, tomato, best-ever sauce, brioche roll (you can get some extra old bay) and the POKE BOWL with ahi tuna, avocado, pickled onions, edamame, carrots, english cucumber, sushi rice, sesame teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo and lastly, the CHICKEN CAPRESE PANINI | with all-natural chicken, fresh mozzarella, oven-roasted tomatoes, basil pesto, ciabatta roll....all excellent!! Linda, our server was super accommodating with our request & check closeout! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 🄰

Yesterday, Saturday June 14th a small group of us a total of 7 had lunch at Zinnia Cafe, at 12;30pm. Most of us ordered either the Chrysler BLT and one person ordered the burger. One person also ordered the She Crab soup and one ordered the tomato and basil soup. Here are the comments regarding the food. The BLT was good but not amazing, in my opinion, it lacked flavor other than the pepper bacon you could taste. The burger was very good and would definitely be reordered. in the future. The She Crab soup had hardly any crab and definitely no lump crab. The tomato soup had to be sent back due to a burnt taste. I appreciated them having gluten free bread as a free option for the sandwich. The waitress was very kind and always smiling. There was no dessert menu we were told and no desserts available, other than I saw a piece of cheescake in the to go section. They had some very small danish on the counter which I ordered for 3 of us. They were tasty but 3 bites in total per danish. For us, it was still enough. The atmosphere is very nice and they have outdoor seating as well. They seemed short on staff. They need a cook or chef to check the soups for quality before sending them out to the customers. We will go back and give them another try. We hope some things will...

We were seated immediately, but waited almost 15 minutes to be brought a glass of water and our drink order to be taken. Which was taken as the waiter was walking away. Our drinks were dropped off as the waiter quickly walked to another table. We then waited 10 minutes for our waiter to return and the food order to be taken. The food took another 15 minutes to arrive. Our waiter was polite and very apologetic, but we were tired of waiting and starving by the time our meal came out. We were both given salads with our meals, though one meal ordered chips for the side. The salad was a couple bites of lettuce with a thin layer of dressing. Not sufficient as a side. The ahi tuna wrap and Tuscan grilled chicken were delicious. Both cooked and flavored perfectly. After finishing the meal and waiting, again, for our check I notice my glass is dirty with lipstick marks around the rim, where I had placed my mouth to drink. We didn't complain about the wrong side or dirty glass, who knows how long that would have taken. We just wanted to pay and leave so we could finish seeing the museum. We will return to the museum, but not...
