Bestie came for the weekend but we were saddled with a yucky, cold, rainy and windy Saturday so we decided to start with a coffeehouse & bakery tour. We had 3 places on the route with Cure being the first. Since we planned to eat a bite at each spot, I dined light with an order of mascarpone & blueberry compote toast with a small water from the counter. Bestie had a bagel sandwich and I had thought about ordering that but thought it might have too much breading (I was wrong, it looked perfect). Even though I knew we had other stops, I still devoured each slice of my toast. The tart mascarpone paired really well with the sweet compote. I'm so glad I didn't fill my belly with a drink. The only thing I can think of to improve would be, in the winter time please have the heat on for the customers. I sat in my coat the entire time and was still cold. I love this little area here but parking is a nightmare. Next time she visits we'll bring the man along for front door drop off. Oh, without realizing it we sat next to the wall of pornography. I can see how a mother with children in tow might find the artwork on this particular wall offensive but it didn't bother me. From here, we left for The Chelsea Bakehouse. We planned to sprinkle in some geocaching and museums visits to work off all this delicious food. I would definitely recommend them if you're close or don't mind walking on cobblestones. I don't mind either usually but the weather was not ideal for me. Pss, my bestie is a coffee drinker & she had the best smelling latte I've ever been near. It smelled so great I wanted one for myself! Psss, she loved the artwork on her latte. 😍

Cure Coffee: Where the Lattes are Heavenly, but Watch Out for the Spicy Art! Ah, Cure Coffee, my caffeine sanctuary! I've been a loyal fan, regularly stopping by for lattes that make my taste buds sing and service that's as warm as a fresh cup of joe. Seriously, the baristas treat you like royalty, even if you're just there in pajama pants and bedhead. However, on my recent visit, things took an unexpected twist. Picture this: I walk in, ready to sip my frothy delight, when my love for art hits a... let's say, risqué detour. Yes, folks, I stumbled into the unexpected gallery section in the back that’s less of a G-rated cartoon and more of an HBO special. Innocently searching for a seat with my daughter, we unexpectedly found the Picasso of bondage! Not exactly what you'd expect during a casual coffee outing, right? So, fellow patrons, if you’re not ready for some adult-themed artwork, maybe give the back seats a skip. Or, consider it an educational experience in modern art for some intense avant-garde discussions afterward. (Art pictured) Nevertheless, fear not! The coffee remains utterly delightful, and the service? Still top-tier. Just remember to steer your little ones towards a window seat, unless you want to have 'the talk' earlier than planned. Enjoy your brew! ☕

This place is just okay. I'm upset with how they serve tea here it's totally unhygienic. They give you a cup that is covered completely with a steel strainer (it is holding the tea). Idea is smart except the fact that the lid of the strainer isn't completely locked into it. So that means you're sitting on their tables, or treasure chest in my case, and you got nowhere to put this thing. It's pipping hot and you can't put this thing down sideways cause then the herbs come out and if you put it upside down like I did you get burned. Then you think about how many other people just threw this on the tables cause it's that hot. They need to come up with a better way to serve tea, I got the Mutan white and it wasn't worth this annoying ordeal. I uploaded pics so you can see what I mean. The decor here is cute and pretty chic. It's got a nice ambiance to it and they offer wifi which is also a plus. They got a variety of lattes here, and a ton of interesting flavors. However, I got the pour over coffee here too and even that was meh. This is a cute place to go for a quick cup but more than that it's totally mediocre.

I ate here today for lunch with a friend. I ordered a green tea matcha latte, mac and cheese, and avocado toast. It was the most bland food I ever had. While I was waiting for our order, I looked at the receipt and noticed that the late was sweetened with honey. I don't care for honey as sweetener. I was a litte annoyed that they didn't mention it would be sweetened with honey with I placed the order; I naturally assumed it would be sweetened with sugar as done in other coffeehouses. When one of the employees brought my latte over, I mentioned that I wasn't aware it was sweetened with honey and I didn't care for honey as a sweetener. I understand that traditionally matcha is not supposed to be sweetened, but if it is you should probably tell the customer what it is sweetened with if not sugar. After I told the server she explained how she thought it was good with honey and to come find her if I didn't like it after I tried it. I can get over the over-priced HOSPITAL food, but if a customer brings something to your attention I would imagine you would just make them another drink to their liking, NOT your PREFERENCE. It tasted like hot grass. I eventually added sweetener from packets and it tasted like sweet hot grass. Horrible experience. It would have been better if she just made me another drink to MY PREFERENCE, asked me to try at that moment, or checked back with me in a few minutes to see. I already explained I didn't like honey as sweetener. Why do I have to try something I KNOW I won't like and then track you down afterwards. What type of service is this? I paid for the drink, I can't enjoy it the way I prefer? Horrible experience and I will never come here again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I came to enjoy a more authentic coffeehouse experience instead of a chain like Starbucks only to waste money on poor service, a horrible latte, and extremely bland food. I eventually left, pouring out the disgusting latte and immediately headed to Starbucks where they don't add honey to your matcha latte and at least ASK you how you prefer your beverages instead of making it to their liking. Also at more reasonable prices. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,...

Came here today, looked up coffee shops in the area and this place popped up. The images online are not what the place inside looks like, I was a bit confused, even wondering if I got the right place.

First we are from out of state so the parking there is absolutely ridiculous and we are from LA where the parking is 20 times worse . But you have to have some permit to park around there . And the nearest parking is so far like probably half a mile or more . So I’m wondering how businesses around there even get customers because the parking is so bad.

Ordered a BLT and didn’t get a coffee based on reviews I’m also more of a Starbucks person, the customer service was great . My sandwhich not so much it was 2 tiny strips of microwaved bacon on a roll that had tons of spread and sauce on it. Definitely wouldn’t call it a BLT . We wanted to eat inside but literally was no where to sit and not because it was super busy cause it was 1:30 when we went , so after morning , but because every table was occupied by a person with their laptop and headphones on , more like college kids . Every single table just 1 person with a coffee. No food or anything . So we had no choice to take it to go because those kids were gonna be on their computers probably for hours .

Definitely should implement a rule with a 30 min time frame if customers are going to only have a coffee and sit at a table for an hour, because I was really interested in getting an alcohol drink , but couldn’t unless I sat on top of the counter or the bathroom. From a business owner standpoint you are losing tons of money because of that .

Was really excited for this place by the pictures online but it was a big let down , like HUGE ! But 3 stars for the 2 bartsias customer service and only for the customer service

Wouldn’t try this place again . And the food for the quality is way overpriced and that’s coming from someone who lived in...
