Burger King — Restaurant in Norman

I am truly blessed to have come to my local Burger King today. I pass by this location every single day on my way home. Unbeknownst to me, this place was a treasure and a half.

I used the Burger King application on my device to preorder my family’s food. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices. $1 ice cream cones for the entire family to enjoy. I did not have to break my bank today to bring happiness.

We decided to dine-in as this location has an indoor playground. This is a rare find in today’s political climate. Almost ALL fast food restaurants have revoked their playgrounds from the children of America. They have not even thought of the children.

Today, Burger King not only thought of my children. BK (if I may) scooped up children and cradled them in its arms. Because in addition to the pristine and beautiful playground, they have provided cardboard crowns for my children to wear upon their heads.

The amenities at this fast food restaurant were unlike anything my family and I have ever experienced. Every square inch of this palace was also clean as a whistle. The employees were kind and polite.

The food was gorgeous and lovely. It was ready for our enjoyment upon arrival. Each bite was cooked to perfection. The chicken fries and French fries were served with love. The food was delectable to my taste.

I felt cherished today. I felt valued today. I felt seen by the king of Burgers himself. I became royalty today. I became a burger Queen. My daughter a burger princess. And my son a burger prince.

I came in through the drive thru yesterday (09/26/2021) after I got off work around 6am and was greeted by someone who sounded like they were annoyed and when I got to the window I was greeted with the same "enthusiasm" I got while ordering I think the only thing the guy said the whole time was the amount I had to pay and that was pretty much it and in fact he kind of looked annoyed holding my drink out the window but didnt say "here's your drink" or anything. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say "hey it was early morning nobody wants to be up at 6am so I understand" but thats pretty much how it's been everytime I've gone, I went once in the evening awhile back and didn't even get greeted so I drove off and then another time the lady sounded annoyed at the speaker and sounded/looked annoyed at the window and I was like "I'll never go back again" but then my buddies from drill got me some breakfast burritos from a different location and I liked them better than the McDonald's burritos so I figured I'd give it another try and thats when I got what seemed like the same bad attitude just a different face lol. As for the food itself I got 6 jr breakfast burritos for me and the wife and all of them stayed hot for a very long time (in fact enough to drive 6 minutes home and walk the dog) and they were still pretty warm, tasted really cheesy and good! I just hope they can get some polite employee's because honestly I would 10/10 prefer the food from Burger King over McDonald's but it's hard for me to go when everytime they seem annoyed that im ordering food from...

Placed my order, when I tried to fill my drink, the Coke-Cola was empty. Went back to the cash register counter & told the drive through attendant what was wrong & ask him to fill it from the drive through machine. He was listening to the person ordering in the drive through & held up a finger for me to wait a minute. I wanted 3-4 minute and he was just standing there so I mentioned again about fill my cup with Coke. He looked at me like, "what? You want me to fill up your cup"? I just wasn't very impressed at all with there customer service attitude. I also hate it when you take the time to park & go inside to order and then when they call your # & they have put your meal in a to go bag & not on a tray without asking me "dining in or out". If i was going to get it to go then i would have went through the drive thru. Lets use our heads. The lighting inside didn't seem very bright & made it look kinda dingy. To me.
