This was my first time coming here since they have opened. I waited ten minutes in line because they couldn't find my mobile order that was already charged to my card. A manager gets on the intercom and tells me she's found it. I pull up and there is no less than 15 people back there bustling around when the girl tells me, sorry we can't find your order. That's when I lost it and said YOUR MANAGER JUST TOLD ME SHE FOUND IT LESS THAN TWO MINUTES AGO!! she stands there looking at me slack jawed and blank eyed and I said get your manager. The lady who I'm assuming is the manager shoves a bag in my face, no thank you, sorry, nothing. I'm still sitting there after she walks off because they didn't give me my drink. Oh did you get your Dr Pepper? I said uh no, that's why I'm sitting here. Told her this was my first and last visit to this location. If you can't smoothly run a drive thru with 15 to 20 people at close to 9 pm on a Wednesday night, I'd hate to see them at a lunch or dinner rush. The young man who took my order was great, but the other employees at the drive-thru were having an inappropriate conversation that was not workplace-appropriate. When I asked for sauce and my receipt, I was told to “get out of the line” because they “didn’t have time” to give me one, even though it wasn’t busy.
When I called to speak with a manager, the situation got even worse. The first person who answered claimed to be the manager, then passed me to Hannah, who said she was the actual manager. She was rude, defensive, and immediately accused me of lying instead of listening to my concerns. When I asked if there was a supervisor or district manager above her, she first claimed there wasn’t, then admitted she wasn’t the highest authority and told me to “contact corporate” before hanging up on me.

Read moreMy past few experiences with this location have been poor. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A on planet earth. I ordered using the mobile app/drive thru pickup. I waited in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Instead of having a car pull 10 feet forward and letting the others cars out, they kept the 4 cars behind them waiting for 15 minutes. The last few times I have been to this location the service has been terribly slow, which is not reflective of the Chick-fil-A standard. In addition to the terribly slow service, they didn’t bother putting napkins in with my food either. I definitely will have second thoughts on returning to this location, which stinks because I really do love chick-fil-a.
