Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Norman

If I could give zero stars I would. After having to repeat myself 8+ times saying the same thing "double cheese burger" my order was finally understood. They give me bag at the window and it feels kind of light so I ask "is everything in here" and the woman with paw print tattoos on her neck paused before saying yes. I drive down the street check the bag, I have everything but my burger, the one thing I had to repeat multiple times. I go in the store instead of the drive thru this time. Tell them I'm missing a burger and ask for my sides to be made fresh because they're cold now. As I waited 15 minutes for the items to be replaced I witnessed an older man attempting to order. The chasier messed something up and tried to refund the man 40¢ and after 5 minutes of that process, he tells the older man that he now OWES $1.40. the older man was obviously frustrated and asked for all his money back and left. I finally get my food and the order is completely wrong. I go inside again to fix and what do you know, they hand me the wrong food again. I tell them I dont need what they handed me and they refuse to take it back. Then they finally give me the right food and it was cold and completely soaked in grease and various other food items like fries and mystery chunks were stuffed in there as well. I normally don't give bad reviews like this but as someone who worked at Carl's Jr before, I know it's not that...

Stopped in today and order biscuit myself and to pick up a delivery...asked the manager if my order was almost ready and he said no so I stood and waiting about 15 minutes he was walking around slamming doors and things. Before I got ready to leave I asked for him and to tell him thanks and hope his day got better and before I could get words out of my mouth he went off on me and said I was rushing him and I had my stuff and leave and don't come back...and be walked off and then I asked the other guy standing there for corporate number and he said there is no number and told me to leave and don't come back. These two men are usually very nice and very punctual and when they are off the store is very slow. This was rare yet unacceptable and unprofessional. I am also offended because I am also almost completely deaf and I read lips and I was just doing my job. I had every right to ask about my order I had no idea he was having...

The staff here simply do not care about their customers. The service was acceptable (but not excellent) until about a month ago. Then it began to be super long wait times after I ordered before the food showed up. Today I walked in and three employees were behind the counter talking. About what I don't know. All I know is I was the third customer on line to place an order and I stood there 2-3 minutes and these three never even acknowledged us three customers in line. The two gentlemen in front of me looked very frustrated so instead of getting frustrated along with them I simply left and drove down the street for a burger from their competitor. I was once a regular, eating lunch here 2-3 times each week. After the rude treatment these last three visits, I'll probably never go back. There are plenty of other hamburger places in this town and at those places the staff smiles and makes me feel...
