Sam's Bagels Deli and Cafe — Restaurant in North Arlington

First off i want to say i wish the staff was as great as there food.. I usually dont give people bad reviews but iv had enough. Now i have been to this.place about 3 times. Each time i have been there with my wife we do NOT feel welcome. They always seem so serious with us as if they do not want to help us then we get there over 30 min before they close one day cuz we did not kno the hours and there grill is off?? Thats a little ridiculous but watever i let it go. Now i came yesterday and orderd a bacon cheeseburger. My order wss taken by a young spanish girl tan. I.didnt get her name. So she takes my.order and says do u want mayo?? Now in my mind im thinken do.i want mayo along with everything else. But she had told the.pple i only wantex mayo so this other older spanish woman who is the nicest person there from wat iv seen asks me if i want everything which i said yes i do want everything then she suggested to the.girl that took my order that she should have asked me because she DID NOT ASK ME! ALL SHE SAID WAS DO U WANT MAYO??? SO NOW SHES TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IDK WAT IM TALLKKNG ABOUT AND THEN SPEAKS ABOUT ME IN FRONT OF.ME!!!??? THE NERVE OF HER. I NEVER FELT SO.UNCOMFORTABLE WAITING FOR MY FOOD.. SHE SAID.SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME AS IF I WAS NOT.SPEAKING ENGLISH. I UNDERSTAND I.TALK LOW BUT SHE ONLY ASKED 1 QUESTION AND I SAID YES . Used to be a regular at another local bagel place but the change of ownership ruined what was once amazing....fast forward to a few weeks ago we came across Sam's. Inital impressions were great they use the best deli meats and everything is made fresh. Actual homemade cream cheese here, not just bulk cream cheese with ingredients added to it and you can taste the differance. The bagels are a good blend of soft and chewy, and the home fries are cooked perfectly not to brown but not undercooked. By far one of the most important things that they do well is a good cup of coffee it hard to find one around here these days. I can't share any review on the food because the service was so bad that I left in the middle of ordering. I walked in to order takeout, I waited behind 1 other customer. When my turn came up I started to order but then a phone call came in and the employee answered the phone. I thought he would put them on hold and continue with me, but no, he proceeded to take their order, totally ignoring me.
