This bagel shop in north Arlington has the worst customer service Iāve ever encountered. The owner has no respect for customers, and the atmosphere is anything but welcoming. After waiting a ridiculously long time for any kind of acknowledgment, I politely asked about my order status, only to be met with irritation and dismissiveness. Then, the owner dropped the āN wordā ā negligence.
Yes, negligence! It was clear he couldnāt care less about customer experience or satisfaction. This owner runs the place with zero accountability, and it shows in the way the staff follows his lead, treating customers like theyāre an inconvenience.
