The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Drink prices are reasonable but a plain small pizza was 18 dollars which was a bit steep. But tasted very good. Bathrooms are clean and there are 3 of them. The Soul Cruisers were playing there and the place was packed to the rafters. More bands like this on Friday and Saturday would definitely have me going more often. Cover charge was 25, which I usually would not pay, but for this band was worth every penny. All in all I could recommend this place. We had a great time!

So recently, on St. Patty's Day, my nephew and I went to Shawns for the event they had. It was an Irish band at 4 and later on that night some musicians straight from Nashville. Shawns has been undergoing renovation, and the changes are looking good. Where they once had a huge wall, that has been replaced by windows, giving the whole place a much more open ,spacious feeling. The music was great and they decorated the place very festively. They had special drinks, I had a Black and Tan which was Yuengling topped with Guennis stout. Looked good and tasted great. And in a big 20 oz glass instead of the usual size. My nephew had a cider which was served in the bottle along with a very frosty glass. Nice touch. We ordered mozzarella sticks that came with lots of sauce and looked beautiful topped with the green onion garnish that added to the taste. Plus a corned beef sandwich that was also pretty tasty and the bread was nice and buttery and toasted. Our bartender/ waitress was Rose, who was excellent 👌, great memory and service. Interestingly, I left my purse in the bathroom ( ooops) and it was returned to the bar with nothing missing!!!!!! Thats always a nice ending lololol. The entrance fee was 15 dollars for the entire night, from 4 pm to 1am. Very reasonable. This is really shaping up to be a great place to go hear live music, drink reasonably priced drinks, and have...

Yeehaw and Hallelujah!

If you're looking for a night out that’s offers good vibes, Shawn’s Crazy Saloon has got your boots covered. Walked in on a night with live music - yes, there’s a $10 cover, but trust me, it's cheaper than therapy and way more fun. The band had the place jumping.

The food and drinks? Generous portions and legit quality, not the kind of bar food that looks like it lost a fight. My drink wasn’t watered down - hallelujah, and my burger or my buddy’s steak didn’t taste like it came from a gas station. Wins all around.

The atmosphere was lively, stress-free, and drama-free. No one trying to start anything except maybe a two-step. The whole crew was friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Special shoutout to the bartenders - absolute pros who happen to look like they stepped out of a country/rock music video, very beautiful and professional ladies behind the bar. They kept the drinks flowing and the energy high without missing a beat.

All in all, Shawn’s Crazy Saloon is exactly what it promises: no trash music, a fun, friendly, slightly wild time that doesn’t take itself too seriously - while still seriously delivering. Will definitely be back next time with...

I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews unless a meal is so memorable and made with so much love that I am thinking about it for days.

Likewise, when someone really cares about their business, I also feel an obligation to share my opinion.

Tonight, following a Google search for live music within 20 miles of our house, we ended up at Shawn's Crazy Saloon in N. Arlington, NJ, watching a Rolling Stones tribute band, Tattoo You.

If you look around this venue, it is obvious it is run by someone who cares. Every inch of this place is spotlessly clean and well organized. Despite being a neighborhood bar, the cocktail menu (I tried several) rivals anything you can get at a top NYC cocktail bar. The service is superb, attentive, polite, friendly, and they REALLY care about their customers.

The food is also imaginative, well-prepared, well-presented, and delivered promptly. Superb experience all around; every aspect of this place should be rewarded with a visit from anyone who likes great drinks, great food, great service, and great entertainment from an owner and staff who really...

This is a nice bar with friendly staff and tasty appetizers. I visited for the Bon Jovi tribute band and had a great time. Once I got my tickets online I messaged them on Instagram and they reserved 2 seats for us by the bar since there were no tables available. Just note there depending on what part of the bar you seat you might not have a good view of the show but you can always walk and dance near the stage. There’s street parking but you might need to park a few blocks away depending on how busy the bar is. Overall we were satisfied with our experience and will definitely be back!

My first experience here at Shawn’s was great. Just be mindful that certain days they have admission charge but it’s totally worth it. The night I came they had a live band that played classics ! The band was incredible and made my experience wonderful. The food was good and served steamy and hot. The amounts was the food served was generous. The service was great, fast paced, and the ambiance was a Texas like vibe. There’s street parking and I loved how they had the windows open for the cool night breeze to be felt. Two thumbs up !
