Exceptional quality barbecue. Excellent sandwiches, with incredibly large portions. This is a family-run establishment, and you get the feeling that you're being invited to dine with some friends. There's a small lemonade stand that some neighbor kids have in place, which I also love.
I got the brisket, a brisket sandwich, and some sausage links. The line is long even at opening time, so come early. I got here 2 mins after opening, and the demand was so much, they ran out of pork belly. Everyone was disappointed, but ah well, we had some great quality brisket.
I have to make special mention of the sauces. They are exceptionally well made. I like my sauces real hot, so I tried the hot variant. It was very flavorful to open, and had an almost smoky, cinnamon or some other flavor to finish off, but the heat builds slow and lingers for a while! A real masterpiece of a sauce, that complements the exceptional barbecue. I am so glad I came out to Harrison's establishment, and also meet his little boys who were manning the front-desk.
Happy to have this little gem of a barbecue establishment in the PNW. I have enjoyed BBQ at Austin, and this easily matches up - if not beats any of the big names that you can think of from that place.
I will be back many a time for this excellent restaurant. My best wishes to Harrison and his family. I know this place is only going to blow up in due time, so go before the lines get...

Maybe the best in the whole expanded Seattle area, I have tried a dozen, nothing gets close. Bbq sauce is the best I had, correct balance between sweet n tangy. The spicy one is spicy, as it should be.
The Texas Twinkies are out of this world. Brisket is just as it should be, and I got asked if I wanted the lean or fatty side.. extra points there. They got free beer the day I got there, not sure if it's an every weekend thing.
Downsides. It only opens on Saturday for a couple of hours. But it's worth the wait and planning. Parking is tough. There is no proper seating, but it's still worth it, or just do takeout.
