Starbucks — Restaurant in North Bend

I ordered my food online for pickup, I selected the items to be warmed and when I came to pick them up, none of my items (3 total) were warmed, not even slightly. The sandwich’s cheese wasn’t even melted and everything felt super cold, I don’t write reviews a lot and would’ve let it slide because I understand being busy and having it slip your mind possibly, but when I came back to ask for my items to be heated, this bigger gal with brown hair rolled her eyes and scoffed saying “no, they were warmed.” and walked away, and after asking repeatedly to heat them please, she finally did and rudely put my items back on the counter and didn’t say a word. I understand having a bad day, but I was a barista for 3 years and I never would/did...

Of the four times I've been here in the last two months, the same barista has charged me for the venti drink I ordered yet only given me a tall. Each time when I inform her of this she scoffs as if I'm inconveniencing her.. It's a simple drink to make, buf if she would pay attention to what she's doing she would save herself the trouble of making it twice and me the time waiting for her to get it right. If you ever go to QFC and need coffee and see a little lady working at Starbucks? Her name is Mary she's a amazing woman. I've known her since I was 13 14 and I'm 40 she's one of the hardest working women have ever met so tip her well.
