I really like this restaurant. My family has gone here twice now. They have cool vibes, I love a darker more laid back ambiance. And it seems like they have a pretty neat full bar and occasionally have karaoke too. They have a really awesome "garage door" front that showcases a beautiful view of Mt Si. Both times there was just one staff member doing everything, so he seemed very competent and quick considering but I do think they would benefit from an additional employee as there was zero service for long periods of time while they cooked. However I absolutely understand the situation with Covid right now and we where happy to wait.

The food was great! The flavor was amazing and they had a wide variety of menu items, I really appreciated the Thai and Pho options. Portions were very large. My only minor complaints where the restaurant did need some work, the bathroom sink was falling apart, and there is a very obviously broken portion of the ceiling, and just a few other little seemingly easy fixes to make this place top notch that appear to have been neglected over time. The food was a little pricey, the menu is set up if you get no protein to look affordable but as soon as you add a protein you are facing Seattle prices. But again good portion sizes so I am okay with this. Overall we will be back and it's definitely a new favorite...

I gave this restaurant two stars because I do really like the food. It is very tasty! Unfortunately the service has been awful the couple of times that we have ordered from here. The food is never ready even close to when they say it will be. One time we waited at least a half an hour past the quoted time for a pickup order, only to arrive home and find a bag full of curry. The to-go containers had melted and it was a disaster! Back to the restaurant to wait again... On another occasion we waited about a half hour past the quoted pickup time. But the last straw was a delivery order that came two hours late. Yes you read that correctly - TWO hours. I called and called to try to find out where they were and no one answered. Finally I get someone on the phone and he says he’s working on it and it will arrive in 20 minutes and he will see about giving us a refund of some sort. It arrived about 45 minutes later and we never received any discount or refund. Maybe it would be good for dining in? But don’t count on reliable pickup or delivery. I get that restaurants may be busy or short staffed, but then you need to just quote reliable pickup or...

Once upon a time I had this true story experience here. It goes like this. I'm starving. Wife and I decide to try out this spot for delivery We call and order. Then we salivate thinking about the food. 40 minutes goes by. It's now an hour. I call to see what's up. No answer. I leave a voicemail. I call every 15 minutes. No answer. More messages. After 2 hours I gave up, and we had tuna from the can. Few days later I go into the store to speak with the manager. Turns out I get the owner. Yes! I explain everything that happened. I wait for apology followed with free food or some coupon. His response: "New guy shouldn't have taken a delivery order." Me: "Ok??" His response: "Don't worry I reversed the charges" Me: But you're missing the point. No one called to tell me that. I left so many voicemails. I was starving. His response: "Yes, yes. You weren't charged" Me: ...

So I could tell he genuinely couldn't understand what's wrong with taking an order and not communicating that they stopped doing delivery because it was too busy. I wanted to like this place, but he...

The first time my wife and I ate here we were recovering from a bad motorcycle wreck. I had 2 catheter bags hanging off me with my hips held together externally. My wife, with her own injuries struggled assisting me through the door. The gentleman who owns it came rapidly and made sure we both were taken care of. Introductions turned into a who's on first after I told him my name is Scott, he said Hi. I said hello, what's your name and he replied Hi again. This cycle repeated for a couple minutes and afterwords we were treated to the best Thai food I have ever experienced. It was almost 8 months later before we came in again and Hi rose out of his seat and said, Scotty, you are walking now. Again treated to the best Thai I've ever eaten. The food is remarkable and the energy is like family. This will always be a stop for my wife Brooke and I. Definitely recommend it!

Update 8/24/2024: visited this place with family, again after almost 2 years. Food was great. ---- Its a hidden gem. I went there on Black Friday afternoon after tired shopping in Northbend mall. Good food overall. All the items were tasty and high quality. My kids also loved this place I recommend this place. One suggestion - spice levels are low here. So, one should go for additional spice level to match their taste.

I’m sorry Chef. I’ve never not finished a Thai dish and today was a first for me. I just couldn’t eat the Phad Thai you made. Where were the bean sprouts? The lime for the balance? I got a plate of oily mush and these new needles weren’t helping. The egg was undercooked, slimy, and soggy. Chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I hope this was a fluke as I felt like I was Gordon Ramsey judging a bad dish.
