North Bend Library — Attraction in North Bend

So this place is a nice building and the staff are awesome but the constant loud distruptions from the same people make it a horrible place to study or read. From arguments about drugs to people grooming themselves, there are certain people that are there almost everyday all day and they make it an unpleasant experience. I wish I could help the staff but there isn't much that can be done. I only made a review because these same people that cause issues will get pugnacious when you ask them to stop yelling at each other and frankly if they are high it may be an issue. They DO have public computers even if you're from " out-of-state" , but the guy behind the desk wasn't very warm about it...and THEN, earlier this summer (June 2018) the BIG PROBLEM was I inserted my SD CARD from my phone (after having just taken a stunning photo of a bear & a cub while hiking) and everything WENT BLANK on my card... I BLAME the computer (& hence the library ) for the loss of all my photos & videos of an entire 2 weeks of hiking & sightseeing around Oregon & Washington..never had it happen before..but the USB insertion module on the computer did look questionable.. Easy and quiet for my second office of the day, I stopped here and plugged in some of my electronics. Laptop connected to their wifi perfectly and I was able to send a few emails this morning before a meeting.

For a small town, North Bend has a very nice library. Lots of space for quiet study and reading. A great selection of books and periodicals that are well organized and ready to go.
