Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in North Bergen

I love DQ but this location is horrible, I came here all summer last year but today just wasn’t the day. Middle age man wasn’t in a mood anyways to even take our order. I ordered a banana split no pineapple extra hot fudge. When the order was done it was Carmel and not extra hot fudge.. I am not a fan of Carmel because of its texture. I asked nicely if it can be remade and all he kept saying I was lying and I can refund the money when I just wanted extra fudge and not my fault he didn’t hear me after repeating two times and even my boyfriend heard it to make sure no pineapple luckily the older gentleman remade my order nicely. This location doesn’t have the best service. The guy looks so miserable.they really nice to hire someone who just doesn’t want to give someone a hard time. The weather is getting better. DQ please hire others. Base on all the one star review, customer service here from the same man is so poor. Hire new managers and workers!!!!!! That’s the only way...

This is.NOT a sit down eat food DQ, it's a seasonally opened, outside venue, with long lines that move pretty quickly. Young & enthusiastic staff keeps it jumping but it's not even open till after midnight in the dead of summer. For me the upside is it's attached to a dunkin donuts where I'm more likely to be found having a frozen coffee in the air conditioning & they have a clean unisex bathroom and a friendly staff till around 9/9:30PM. Dairy Queen is fun, go enjoy it. This place has parking which it shares with its attached Dunkin Donuts but it fills fast on hot nights & there's no where else to park because it's location sits atop a residential neighborhood & in front is a fast large boulevard. Walk over, have fun.but don't expect what you see on their commercials as this isn't a sit down place. It's an old school DQ, get on line and get your cold...

So me and my friend went today around 6 pm and I ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard. She ordered a SNICKERS blizzard. When we left Dairy Queen for like 3 seconds, and we tried our blizzards he tasted cinnamon in hers and she said it didn’t taste like the usual she always got. We went back and complained about her order. Some old person came up to the register and started yelling at us because he heard SNICKER DOODLE and not Snickers. My friend repeatedly told the cashier that she wanted a SNICKERS blizzard. They exchanged her order and we walked away. Maybe this place...
