Okay better place for some of the variety of bagels, but when you slice open the bagels they break apart because of splits on the outsides of the bagels. The pumpernickel bagels need to be softer, we bought two of them and they were almost flat and tough to eat, even slice through. The bagels were like two rocks. We wound up throwing them out. The spreads and types of sandwiches are displayed as they have always been although customers were complaining about previous orders not being consistent with customer requests on bagels. It doesnât seem like the people who work there are knowledgeable of âbakers dozenââwhich was something the owners used to do. The place could use a renovation and admittedly bc of it's popularity at certain times the line gets out of control- however if you want egg that's cooked on a grill vs gross and microwaved, it is worth the wait. The ice cubes in the iced coffee are themselves made of coffee so when they melt it doesnt get diluted. The spicy bagel and the French toast bagels are also interesting offerings.    Read moreGreat place. Classic bagel place. Only gripe I have is that the cashier also cooks your food. So they handling cash and your food. Yes they wear gloves but sometimes they forget to use. And they recycle the disposable gloves, putting in their pockets, instead of using new ones each time. I work in the restaurant industry, so I understand how this could easily escalate to a health issue. Just have a dedicated cashier who takes orders and answers the phone, and dedicated cooks who handle all the food and you'll increase efficiency, get rid of waiting clients, and also increase phone orders because now your answering the phones.
