Fountain Motel 101 — Hotel in North Bergen

If I could not give any starts would’ve been better. The staff is dismissive the rooms filled with Roaches. Had to stay here on an emergency and they even switched my room cause one of the beds had blood all over the sheets. Then they switched us to a room that the only thing clean was the beds. Roaches everywhere. Crayons on the walls pieces of weave stuck to the baseboards. The toilet street was held together by electrical tape. I took video of it. The guy in the front said you sleep in the room no refund deal with it. That cause me to slam the keys on the floor upon me checking out and for $140 not even worth it. Unfortunately there was no other vacancy available in the area and my kids...

The customer service was ridiculous the guys are extremely rude the jacuzzi rooms are outdated meaning jacuzzi is chipped paint even had sewage water coming up from the floor not once but twice we got towels to clean it up so i asked for partial refund or to stay until 12 instead of 11 the guy asked me for $10 more after it was an unpleasant stay we stayed since we had a night in the city and it was like 2am but for $150 a night definitely not worth it....you can't even find a phone...

It's now cost a wrapping $100 per night ..... why go there ?? when Super 8 up the street cost the same ?!?! .... go to Super8 !!! They also push people to take the Jacuzzi room @$130 and cost more on the weekends They definitely need to up grade their curtains which don't cover the windows entirely, theres gaps, especially when the room is filled with mirrors. Horrible customer service especially when calling !!! They also charge $10 more when using your debit or...
