I have been shopping at old navy for many years, was always treated with respect and love the clothing. Today I was there, went in fitting room it was empty, I walked into the nearest one, didn’t realize it was for handicapped etc! My friend was waiting outside the door for me as I was trying on, I heard a lady yelling at him to read the sign next time. As I came out, sure had a very bad attitude (Vicky) saying his that was for handicap etc and I need to read the sign, she was going on and on, I said ok ok let me hurry up and get out in case someone with a wheel chair came, she then yelled at me DON’T SLAM MY DOOR! which I didn’t!! I came out said I’d call manager, she said I’m calling him! I went to the front spoke with a young lady who was professional and courtesy. Then Vicky comes over with manager Christian yelling at me again, he had to stop her, it was upsetting to me. He clearly was on her side, was acting tough with me very unprofessional acting like a teenager who had no customer service skills at all! Didn’t hear me cuz he said she told him the story, he didn’t hear me at all! So rude! Disgusting disappointing embarrassing! I will never ship there again! I’m sure that don’t care if I go back or not, but I feel happy to spend my money where...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I've only experienced one (of many) times where I was asked if I needed help finding something (which I did). The clothes depending on the day and time are all over the place (understandable). The cashiers including the male manager is RUDE. I am always over polite to those who give me the cold shoulder or seem to have an attitude. I was taught to kill people with kindness-kind of forces them to have to be polite to you- not in this store. They're often unfriendly and have attitudes. There are some that are nice and interact with their customers which is always appreciated. Good customer service keeps people coming back. Bad or mediocre opens the door to losing business and the potential for word to travel fast. It's a shame bc this is down the street for me, very convenient. When I think about dealing with the workers. I...
Read moreOn December 26, 2016, I visited this location. The store was a mess. It took me 45 minutes waiting in line to pay. Only two registers were open . Some patrons were dropping merchandise on the floor and walking out refusing to wait in line any longer. When I finally made it to the register, I requested to speak with the manager and I was approached by a tall, heavy set individual wearing an army camouflage jacket who seemed annoyed at me for interrupting his interaction with his cell phone. He told me that he didn't have enough employees to open another register. He then asked me if that was all I needed? and walked away typing on his cell phone. This so called Manager, Todd, never offered to help the cashiers. He just retreated to his corner and continue on his cell phone. Your Customer Service needs serious improvement. I will never shop at your...
