To whom it may concern,
My husband visited the Taco Bell located at 2099 74th st, North Bergen on 12/3. He was ordering food for our family. We are a Taco Bell household. Our order consisted of 7 hand held items (not all tacos or burritos) and one Mexican pizza. He was told by the young lady at the drive through that they did not have nacho supremes so instead they offered him a dorritos locos taco supreme as a replacement. This is not a replacement for the item I requested. The staff clearly doesn’t have a hold on what their menu is, which is concerning. They packed up our food horribly, the Mexican pizza was crushed by the handheld food items. We live only about 10 mins from this Taco Bell. When my husband arrived home 1/2 of the Taco pizza was stuck to the lid and the box was completely caved in. I didn’t eat the items provided because they were not fit to be eaten. I then went to the Taco Bell in question to get my money back for my lunch which consisted of the taco pizza, the falsely represented exchangeable item and a soft shell taco supreme. I was told by the not one but two managers they have no authority to return my money, they needed to call the GM Jenn. The one lady manager calls the manager on her personal cell phone. The manager kindly accepts the return but I didn’t have the card as my husband had to go to work. I told Jenn I would come back tomorrow she told me she would speak to her staff and advise that I was coming in. My husband goes back to the Taco Bell in question around 10am. He is then speaking to the manager on duty Mason. This manager is being nothing but combative as my husband is trying to explain the story. I then get a call from my husband telling me that the manager is telling my husband what he is telling him is not the truth because they don’t have a phone. I tell my husband to put me on speaker phone so that I can tell him exactly what transpired. Mason continually keep repeating that they don’t have a phone at this location so what happened couldn’t have happened. I keep repeating are you going to keep being combative or let me explain the story. He then tell my husband he is not going to deal with the situation and retreats to the back office. Mason then comes back and tries to tell me that he shouldn’t have acted like that and he called Jenn. I told him instead of telling the customer that they are lying you should get the whole story. He again continues to defend his actions as if they are justified. He proceed to hang up on me, on my husbands cell phone. This has been the worst experience at a Taco Bell I have ever had. I have been a loyal customer to the Taco Bell chain since before the chili cheese burrito was discontinued (I just dated myself). If this the customer service that Taco Bell find to be acceptable. I might need to reconsider going to Chipotle next door. Apparently customers are liars and warrant getting treated in a disgusting manner. I will also be lodging a formal complaint with the corporate office, as the management staff was not properly trained on how a customer should be treated. Also get this location a phone so then maybe customers can be given the benefit of the doubt.

That’s there Doritos taco, same issue as the Crunchwrap not filled at all and seems like they got a good deal on the lettuce cause that’s all they put in this taco.

These pics add defying there customer service or “how much they care about the customer” so as you see the Crunchwrap was stuck to the paper now that can happen and that isn’t the issue but went up to ask them the paper is stuck to the Crunchwrap and is there anything you can do cause I don’t want to eat the paper or feel like it is unsanitary. He goes in and a lady comes and says it is just a little piece nothing we can do. That’s terrible service they didn’t even bother to say sorry instead I felt like I was wrong going up to show the issue.

This is the cheese wrap was cold and cheese wasn’t melted properly. How can you mess up cheese and a tortilla??
Conclusion if you read this don’t come here. I will take it down if it becomes better but if this is up then don’t come here. Here to help the customer and the customers onlyyyy!!!!

An Employee gave me just one order then I found out that I am missing one more order and went back to pick up 2nd order. Employee refused to give me 2nd order. She was arguing that I picked up the order already. Without listening to the customer’s explanation, she was screaming at me in the drivethru and claiming that I picked up the order already and She can not talk to me over the drivethru. So I went inside, tried to convince her about missing order by showing reciepts online. Then she found out that order was actually never made. After all these hassle she was not curtious enough to say sorry at least for her actions. Especially when store is opened up new, employees should be more focus on quality of food and customer service as well. Also I asked no meat in my order and when I started eating found out beef in cheesy gordita crunch. Uncooked tortia, missing ingredients and unfriendly staff.
