This has to be the poorest run burger king I ever seen in my life the manager is a moron she can’t run the front end for nothing all the employees are young and have no direction the owner so permanently close this location I used to manage burger kings and this is horrible. The website clearly states there are wraps but the manager is arguing with me stating there are no wraps!!! I want to call corporate and complain this is so poorly run that it took 25 mins for someone to take my order and then I was so disappointed that they didnt have wraps instead of offering me another option the manager looked at me like a deer in headlights. I will never return to this location ever again I will go to the one on 90th st and bergenline ave!!! I think the owners should hire new managers because these managers are poorly trained and should be kitchen employees not managers of a dirty filthy restaurant I will contact health inspectors to take a look at this location and burger king to send their own inspectors too. Read moreThis place is ridiculously slow. Every single time I go through the drive-thru, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes. First, when you pull up to order, they tell you to “give them a couple of minutes.” Then, at the first window, instead of just paying and moving on, they make you sit there until your order is ready—another 10 minutes gone. And if that’s not bad enough, when you finally get to the second window, you’re stuck waiting even longer. Today, I waited 23 minutes total.
This isn’t just a one-time thing; it happens every time. The only reason I even come here is because Chick-fil-A across the street is closed on Sundays. And seriously, what’s the point of asking what sauce I want when I order if they’re just going to ask me again at the second window—after I’ve already been waiting forever?

And they know it; I was in the drive thru and waited for more than 10 minutes to order, clogging the parking lot. Finally order and after paying at the first window, I was told not to pull forward to the next window until they waved at me. When I got to the next window I asked why. The young lady said it was because there is an automated timer that starts when a car pulls up to the her window. I only waited there for 2 minutes but overall it took 20+.
