Last time I ever try to buy anything from this location. They have poor customer service and could careless about their customers. I have had numerous encounters in this location but the most memorables have been 1st I placed a order of $85 and had the confirmation number and was charged to my credit card. I show up to the place and they say my order was never placed and they can’t do anything about it and to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So I was charged and received no food or even a offer to replace my order. 2nd was a different day I had order the grilled fish and it comes with rice I asked for salad instead they told me I can’t change the menu item. Okay fine I just order a extra side of salad and threw out the rice. 3rd and final time was this past weekend I show up at 1115 with a party of 4 on a Saturday and it says it closes at 12 and we just were going to order coffee and leave but hey said they were close. They didn’t even bother to ask us wanted we wanted. So we left to Starbucks. This place just isn’t customer friendly they screw up your order and it’s the customer fault. They don’t even bother to try to fix the problem they just send you away and say fix it on you own. Because of this I will boycott this location and anyone from my nearby job is doing so as well. Read moreWas really keen on eating here. I came with my sister we sat down friendly welcoming, we then were introduced to our waiter. The waiter was LOST when inquiring about basics like mayonnaise and lime. We ordered yucca I like it with mayo to dip. Uppon request he replied "rosado"? Which means "pink" my sister spoke Spanish to him thinking he may not understand English, she said I wanted mayonnaise in Spanish. He replied "you want it cut?" We were thoroughly confused. We finally understood they don't have mayo the add ketchup to it that make it pink. I then asked for LIME instead, he then said "limon" Spanish for LEMON 🍋 my sister said then "no like the green one". He said they DONT have limes only lemons. So I inquired and showed him they have limes on the alcoholic drinks, if they don't have limes how do they make these drinks? Lemon? He then said they only have limes for the bar NOT the restaurant. So he's now telling me I'm unable to have limes (a paying customer) because I'm having food and not a drink? What is going on here... It became too fustrating to get my head to wrap around this I told the guy to forget it buddy!!!! Got up and left.
