First of all, cashier was excellent. She was very helpful and kind. Couldn't ask more. The MANAGER was really big problem there. The manager on duty was highly unprofessional and kept pushing paying customers out of the store. Locked the doors up to 30 minutes prior to store closing and kept customers from coming in. Luckily someone was walking out of the building so we are able to get in. The store was closing but all the customers were standing in line by the close time but didn't open up more registers to get the line down faster. We were making over a $1000 purchase that night and due to the amount of products, the transaction took a bit of time but the associate ringing did an excellent job at handling it as fast as possible and couldn't have been more helpful or nice. My credit card declined due to the amount so I had to reopen my account and that's when the manager rudely told us that it's time to close when we were in the middle of finishing the transaction at the registers. I've never had someone so rude when we were in the process of paying for the merchandise, I would some what get it if I was still shopping past the closing time but this wasn't the case. She was not nice at all and at the time, I just finished paying and walked out because I didn't want to deal with her. This was the worst shopping experience for me especially since I spent a lot in here. She should not...

This was my favorite store ,shopped here all the time ! Till I had an incident the other day ,they don’t have no more customer service and I had to make the regular line which was huge to get my lay away and then my daughter didn’t want the things so the lady on the register said pay the whole thing and I will reimburse you I said ok no problem they ended up giving me a gift card and would not give me back my money! Even the manager didn’t want to give me my money even though it was her employees fault she should of been more espesific ! I didn’t care if they kept they money I had put on lay away but don’t tell me to pay for the whole thing and give me a gift card and then made me look like the bad guy I was so upset it took Burlington corporate to help out and then I had to go back so they can give it to me idk if I’ll return here again I rather go to Walmart they never give...
