Nice location and very yummy drinks. The employees were friendly.
The only negatives are as follows: The paper cups are completely opaque, so you can't see what is inside. Is it your drink or someone else's? Do you have a lot of drink left or just a little? Is it mostly ice or is it a good balance? Is there any ice? Any bobba balls left or none? It's all a mystery and that's not a good mystery. Bobba tea needs to be in transparent plastic cups so you can see what you are drinking. Common sense!
There is only 1 register and it is self serve... So if 10 people want to order tea and the first person on the line doesn't know how to use the touch screen or if they are having trouble using it, all 9 people behind will have to wait. Very poor design. They should put the self serve at the corner near the entrance and then open two real cash registers with two real human beings to take orders the real way 🙂 This will both help the community by hiring real people and giving them a job as well as making the customer traffic flow more smoothly.
The layout of this location is very cramped with very little space for customers on the line and only a few tables to sit at. The solution would be to knock down all those walls, make a small counter that only covers the wall at the back like a deli. Then the entire floor space can open up for more tables, nicer tables and for customer traffic.
Prices are pretty crazy. Over $7 for a cup of tea!...
Read moreAs much as this place is good, and honestly, I’ve been back several times now; when you ask for anything extra, they say no. They don’t accommodate to the customer. AT ALL.
It sucks because, it is good. However, I’ve been here several times and I would ask for either extra boba or chocolate and they just flat out refuse. Honestly, people are willing to pay extra for whatever they request. Their refusal also seems like they’re telling me that my palate is incorrect and theirs isn’t.
I’m giving a GENEROUS two stars for the flavor. Which could honestly still improve if they just cater a little bit to what people requests.
I have been in the hospitality industry for a while now and this is the first time an establishment refused any requests from a customer.
I do hope they reconsider...
Read morevery unpleasant I drove 30 minutes because I think they are the best tea, but I did not notice that it was 11:55 am and with the door open we went in to order the one who calls herself manager, she began to give a speech when it is so easy to say no I can take the order because there are only 5 minutes to 12 o'clock, very unfortunate when I turned my back they kept whispering with another client definitely needs to instruct this girl in customer service according to manager(((((((((I feel like you are trying to say that the behavior is normal, it was only 5 minutes to 12 and the door was open otherwise you know you have to wait until 12, but nothing happens if it is normal for you as an owner nothing what to say, thank you and one less customer even if they are really irresistible...
