Wasn't impressed by the first visit amd EVERY SINGLE TIME WE TRY AGAIN THEIR CLOSED..BY THAT I MEAN PRETTY MUCH EVERY WEEKEND. THE OWNERS NEED TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE PRIVATE CATORERS OR A FOOD TRUCK PERSONALLY MY FIRST ORDER WAS VERY BLAND AND COULD HAVE MSDE A BETTER BURRITO HERE ON MY OWN. NACHOS WERE DECENT AND FRESH BUT VERY LITTLE TO NO GROUND MEAT ON THEM..OTHERWISE UNIMPRESSED AND AS THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED ON THE WEEKEMD DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THEM..GO TO FIESTA CANCUN IN RUSH CITY OR NUEVOS AMIGOS IN STACY..AT LEAST YOU'LL BE SERVED AT EITHER OF THOSE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved this place! I asked for a vegan burrito (not on the menu), and they made it fresh without hesitation. It was incredible—packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced. The owner is a true master of cilantro—it gave the whole burrito an amazing lift.

I also tried the mild salsa, which added a lot of flavor (though I’ll double-check if it’s vegan next time). Super friendly service, great atmosphere, and a solid spot if you’re looking for a vegan-friendly meal from a food truck. The size of the burrito is amazing. I eat a lot of food and I was unable to finish it.

My husband and I have been craving good street tacos since we moved out here from the Twin Cities... we were so excited to have heard about Medina's Tacos! We made a trip the next day and tried their chimichanga with half carnitas and half barbacoa, as well as their tacos with asada. Everything was delicious! The crisp bottom on the chimichanga is chef's kiss and the barbacoa is hands down the shining star of their meat options. The tacos are classic and perfect street tacos, and both the mild and hot sauces that this place offers are very flavorful....
