Muddy Cow - North Branch — Restaurant in North Branch

We stopped Friday night 09/20/2024 it's been a long time since we've stopped, almost a year, that time it was pretty good if I remember the review was 4 stars not any more. This time I think a Hardee's Burger would have been better. I ordered a Rodeo Cow Rare and a Cup of Chicken Wild Rice Soup. My wife ordered a Cheeseburger Medium. Food did come out fast Wrong but fast. The person who brought the food out asked who had the Bacon Cheeseburger we said that neither of us had ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. We explained we ordered a Cheeseburger and a Rodeo Cow and Cup of Soup. Her reply was she had a Rodeo Cow and Chicken Wild Rice Soup which she left but she had to take the other back to check with the Kitchen. She then came back said the kitchen had made a mistake and had to remake the Cheeseburger maybe a minute or less she brought the Burger back with the Bacon peeled off but still the Bacon flavor and half the cheese. It was also well done. Mine i ordered Rare it was Medium Well and just not that good. Even the Chicken Wild Rice Soup was not that good definitely not a $6.00 cup of soup and it was definitely not a $42.00 meal it will be a long time if ever that we...

Awesome experience! Idk where the negative reviews came from, my only guess is new business hic ups..we thought the Staff was super friendly and attentive. Got there about 8 no wait, food came out quick and hot. The cheese balls instead of popcorn were a nice touch. We got the duck bacon wontons which were phenomenal for an appetizer, and that homemade blackberry haberno sauce is to DIE for, so SO good!!!!! I got the mac and cheese and the hubby got a mushroom and Swiss burger with fries, both were really good. The burger had an awesome gravy on it that was a nice extra touch and really added good flavor to the burger. I couldn't even get a picture of it because he inhaled it too fast Lol! Really appreciated that everything was a reasonable price!! Mac was only $11 burger and fries only $12, very nicem compared to other local restaurants massive inflation prices! Overall very happy with our night out. The remodel in there looks fantastic btw, the open layout is great! Doesn't even look like the same place. I Can't wait to come back and check out the patio this summer. We will definitely be back. High worth...

This was our first time there. A few minutes after arrival on 12/10/22 at 6 p.m., an entertainer started up. The establishment is loud anyway, and the microphone didn't help. We couldn't hear each other talking and we were there to celebrate a birthday with family. The entertainment was, in our opinion, not so good. The service was on the slower side every step of the way, but our server was friendly. The food was just okay. The burgers had perhaps pre-made frozen patties that were on the small side and limp- like a fast food patty. Considering the menu had several burgers offered, I would think it would be a larger, fresh made patty. My black and Bleu burger was a little too salty. I wouldn't order a burger if I came back. The potstickers and cheese curds we ordered for appetizers were our favorites. The onion rings were okay-a bit heavy on the breading though. The establishment is clean and high energy atmosphere- I gave only 3 stars for that mostly because of the entertainer- who just wasn't needed. Overall- the food was okay- just...
