Finally decided to check this place out and what a major disappointment!!! The man working the counter was not following mask mandate of having one on( personal choice is fine but when working following the Mandate should NOT be an option) so we decided to take our business else where. Thanked him and left. After getting to my car I found that man had followed me to MY car and asked why we didnāt order. Told him it was because he wasnāt wearing a mask. His reply was he tested negative so he didnāt have to wear one. My response was itās a mandate not a choice. He then called my wife and I sheep for wearing them. Had he not done this we probably would have gone back, but because he followed us to our car and harassed us we will NEVER go back and will be spreading the word about how they treat people. Shame on this business!!! If I could give a negative rating i would! I would like to add seen the owners comment states they were not trying to harass then why would they call names? Iām well aware of our numbers when it comes to covid but try to follow the mandate in place. I also would not attack another if they choose to not where one. That is why we left. But to be followed and called names??? Again shame on you as a business. If that man was the owner maybe being in business isnāt for him. We pull up to the drive through and have to wait several minutes for anyone to take our order. Then we say our order and he repeats back something completely different. So we repeat the order and he says heāll have the total at the window. We wait another 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get their drink. We pull up to the window and he asks what our order was so we repeat it again. He comes back a few minutes later AGAIN and asks what our order is. I ordered a hot seasonal latte and Americano. He then comes to the window and asks if Iāll settle for an iced version of itā¦.ummm okay? Why they couldnāt make it hot instead of adding ice cubes is beyond me.
