Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

This is honestly the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to in my life. Lets start with the complete lack of cleaning and maintenance...... broken cabinet doors and items laying everywhere. Inventory that should be stored in the back is blatantly out in front and a complete mess and eye sore. Now here's the worst part..... for the price you're paying for Starbucks, the employees should at least get the order correct everytime. I'm sure you all would agree.....I can get breakfast and coffee anywhere for half the price and almost as good. The employees were talking to each other and goofing off the entire time and totally messed up my 15$ order AND the customer behind me. I ordered 2 sandwiches, they give me one. After waiting about 7 minutes, I inquire and she says "oh my bad, I got you"..... seriously? Worst part of it all, both coffees got cold and when I sipped mine, it was burnt to a crisp and absolutely undrinkable. A complete lack of care here and for the price, I won't be back. If you want Starbucks, keep driving past this one and try another location. This one is no good. Makes you wonder about quality control within a publicly traded company as big as Starbucks. Where is the manager? Where is the general/regional manager visiting these stores and making sure quality and service is in check???? If I were the manager here, I'd clean house with the staff first then work on cleaning the store up. 1 out of 10, avoid this place. If you think i may be wrong, please read the other reviews for this location and format your own opinion. What a mess......smh.

This is not a good place Service was crap. No greeting and the person who just came on shift was pissed apparently as they were complaining that they were working for 2 hours straight. Wow.

So there was no customer service at all I asked and paid for strawberry açaí without lemonade I got watered down drink that tasted just like water. With little strawberries in them. I asked afterwards and she said that’s how it is. I told her that I drink this all the time and I know how it should be tasting. But alas it was for naught

This is what happens when you hire young people who don’t want to work but just get paid and have no training in customer service

I’m honestly disappointed every time I come to this Starbucks. The place is dirty, the employees are either overly nice but painfully slow, or just outright rude and still slow. It’s frustrating because the service is consistently bad, and I wouldn’t recommend getting anything here.

The only reason I even stop by is because it’s right here and there’s no other Starbucks nearby. If I had another option close, I wouldn’t step foot in this location again. I’d much rather drive further down the road for better service and a clean, welcoming environment. This place seriously needs new management or a serious...
