Too bad you can give zero stars. I will never come back to this store and be sure to warn others as well.
I placed my order for delivery through the subway app. Our DoorDash delivery driver, Brian was perfect! He handed my husband a bag with the sub and cookie in it. As soon as I noticed we were still missing a bag of chips, drink, and other cookie, I called Brian to see if maybe he had it in his car by accident. Brian told me that’s all he was given, apologized and offered to go back to the store and get it for me, what a kind man. I thanked him for offering, but didn’t want to inconvenience him. I drove over to the store (got there at 8:58) door was locked. I showed my receipt against the glass door. Once let in I explained I had a mobile order for delivery that was missing some items. The young woman at the register snatched, yea snatched, the receipt out of my hand and was clearly irritated. She began speaking, what I believe was Hindi, to her other coworkers. They didn’t seem to offer the obvious solution so I said “I would either like the items missed, or a refund” she quickly snapped back “just take it, take it take it” I told her “I can’t get the cookie, that’s behind the counter” I grabbed my drink and soda, while she continued to grumble in Hindi. I had to set it straight, “this is not my fault here” she handed me the cookie and I was on my way. My husband was waiting in the car, and tried the cookie. One bite and he was done, it tasted like cleaning product. Nice job Subway store # 47496-0.
I get being frustrated, I worked 4 years at Starbucks. We would handle problems all the time. When a customer brings a problem to your attention that was in no way their fault, and is nice about it, do the right thing. BE KIND! We need more positivity in this world. This store needs some serious help/change. $4 for extra bacon and only got maybe 2 pcs??? We paid $39.56 through subway app for

Read moreThis store has always missed putting toppings/sauces in my subs when i ordered through app and picked it up. I let it go many times and didn't bother complaining. To avoid the order being messed up again today I went there right after placing app order to see my order being made to which they totally objected. I stood back as they said and picked my subs and came home. Yet AGAIN my sub was missing things toppings/sauces. This time i decided to confront the issue and gave them a call. Absolutely unacceptable how they blamed it on me for being present in the store for the mistake. The owner said that they rush when the customer is standing there?!! Really? Then why cant you let me stand right there and remind you your job and read the online orders carefully? Ultimately he suggested we should not be ordering through the app and place order at the store if we want a chance to stand their and see the order being made. I asked him why cant we use app and use coupons to what he immediately ignored said i m busy with a customer and hung up on me. Conclusion- they dont want us to use deals through app if we want our sandwiches made to our liking which is absolutely unfair...
