I'm usually very picky about my pizza and have super high standards ever since my favorite place went out of business years ago, and knowing no one can hold a candle to them. I prefer the sweeter sauces too, and most places that claim their sauce is on the sweeter side are usually tasteless to me or a kind of sweet that becomes tasteless after a couple bites. And I've been to a lot of pizza restaurants all over the state, including "real Italian pizzerias," New York style pizza, Chicago style pizza, etc., and well... first time ever trying Antonio's, I ordered a Pepperoni Duo Rustico pizza after seeing it comes with Sweet Sicilian sauce.
And boy have I picked the right pizza. The sweet sicilian sauce is not too sweet, and it's not too little. It's just right and perfect for me. Hands down, it is so good and was the perfect pizza I've been looking for my whole life that even my old favorite that's gone can't hold a candle to Antonio's... I only wish they had a location closer to Massillon as I'd order every day. I now look forward to my doc appointments near one of their location so that I can order one on my way back home. Antonio's, why you do this to me?!?! I am addicted to your pizza. Places like Antonio's is why there needs to be a way to give more than the 5 stars. They get a 10 for me as it's out of this world 200% beyond my expectations. Please stay in business forever! There will never be...
Read moreSo my order was not ready at time promised Forgot the salad My order was taken away from the heat lights and sat 11 1/2 minutes on the counter I have made plenty of salads from garden to plate would not take 11 minutes for someone who had any training in a commercial paced kitchen The red head girl with black glass working counter should probably be in the back of the house and never deal with a customer ever Sauce was cold bead sticks was hard Cheese on bread sticks could have been bought at any store The whole meal in a nut shell Tasteless Note I live 8 min from the shop in north canton Bad customer service
Had food from here twice once dilvery once pick up food is ok Nothing great Can get a better slice from a street vendor in New York or Chicago For anyone who ever had real Italian pizza will know they are sad white Americans who claim to serve the real taste of Italy Real taste of Italy Their words not mine Kinda pricey for what you could buy frozen and heat yourself and have hot and soft Note order was made December 9th...
Read moreThree times I have ordered from here and twice my order has been made wrong. When you spend $65 on three two topping pizzas and an appetizer dish, you would think there would be enough thought put in to get the order right. I wish I could like this place since the food is good, but I can’t justify spending a premium price for unacceptable service. In addition, the employees don’t seem to agree on which kinds of pepperoni the restaurant has, as I have had three different kinds of pepperoni when trying to ask for the thick hand cut pepperoni that the website shows is available. With my most recent order, the employee taking my order insisted there were only two kinds of pepperoni when I literally ordered all three kinds on my last visit. Clearly the training needs to be better here to allow for a more smooth ordering process. Even so, the food quality is still good, so perhaps other people will have better luck ordering...
