Long John Silver's | Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Canton

When I saw the sign for Long John Silvers, I got excited I thought oh this would be great. I can go get me a couple pieces of fish. Haven’t had long John silvers in a long time when I arrived. The young lady was pleasant. She took my order by the way it was a bit pricey for something that came out of a frozen bag. I had two pieces of fish and six shrimp which included french fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The hush puppies was definitely something to hush up about. They were so overcooked. It was just a ball of crunch .The dining room area it was clean however when you first walk in the door and you’re in that small corridor, there’s a weird smell. I was about to turn around when that smell hit my nose. However I went on in the fish was good. The shrimp were OK. They were nice size pieces just maybe a tad bit overcooked as I sat in the dining room. I could hear the manager and instruct the young people on what to do. She seem to have everything running smoothly. Girl sounds super nice when you're ordering that yes everything you're asking for yes you can have that and yes we have diet pepsi, through the drive thru. Get to the drive thru window and she's ready to grab your money and have you sit and wait. Oh here's your drink. Nice my diet with ice that I asked for no ice. I let it slide. I'm waiting and waiting for my food. The line is growing longer and longer. Finally, she gives me my little bag and I'm looking it over, feeling around trying to feel what's in it. She opens the window and says all rude, your vinegar is in there. Oh thanks for the 3 packs like that was enough. I thought to myself. I said, could I get some silverware. So stinky rude smacking her lips! Yes I heard you! When I opened my food I couldn't believe they served this to customers. Fish was over fried in dirty oil with all the black on it. Hushpuppies were hard as could be and the oil that was in this food was unbelievable. Wasn't fit to eat!!! I was warned about this place but was really in the mood for Long John Silvers. This is actually the first review I think I’ve ever given. It was pretty bad. So I’ve gone to this location in the past with no issues but recently it’s been bad on both sides. 1 night going by and decided to stop by long John silvers. Ordered a fish dinner added a piece of chicken. Great food. There was a guy that seemed to be the manager that night. Go back about a week later for same order. Fish was pretty much cooked to nothing, chicken was also over cooked and hard, hush puppies were crackers they were so over cooked. Barely able to eat any of it. So last night I stop by to get Taco Bell. Girl at window was great but see the same lady I’m guessing is the manager. Got 2 burritos and a drink. Both burritos are cold and I’m guessing never heated because the cheese wasn’t even melted. Now I’m not sure who’s at fault but both times this particular lady was working and I’m guessing overseeing everything it’s been terrible.
