I've had several bad experiences here and each time its related to my change. The latest was I took one of my MRDD clients to get a large coke...while ordering his coke I decided to get a senior coffee. I fished a dollar in change out of my ashtray, then dug another 7 cents out because he had a 10 dollar bill and I didn't want him to have to try and stuff the change in his pocket. As I gave the cashier the change I made sure no change dropped because it was a handful. She took the change and the $10 bill, then handed me my receipt and change. As I pulled off I noticed she had only given me $8. I told my client that they had made a mistake and owed him a dollar. As I pulled up to the window I told the young man what happened, and that he was shorted a dollar. The manager said they had to count the drawer...which was fine. I pulled up to wait and told my client they had to count the drawer to make sure it was $1 over and assured him he would get his money. After a while the manager, who said her name was Sarah, came out and informed me that the drawer was only a few cents over...and she was sorry she couldn't give me his dollar back. I told her that couldn't be right because I did give the girl a dollar and 7 cents in change. I told her to ask the young lady didn't I give her a handful of change, she said the girl said I only gave her 7 cents. I told Sarah I wasn't lying but I suppose she didn't believe me. I explained to her that a dollar wouldn't make or break me, but I felt bad that my MRDD client was being robbed. McDonald's should be ashamed! They make too much money to rob a MRDD client out of a measly dollar. I think these kids should learn how to count. This is not okay!! I did call the complaint line and also O will warn people to make sure that they COUNT...
   Read moreLet me start off by saying that this McDonald's usually does a good job at serving your food warm and your drinks cold in a timely manner. Before hand, I never had any complaints. However, I went tonight and I was quite honestly amused with how bad the service was. I was not mad. I wasn't upset. I was more shocked with how my money was wasted. I ordered two menu items; they're on the new international favorites section. In total, it was $9.20ish. Whatever, McDonald's is getting expensive,. It isn't the restaurant's fault. However, when I go to pay, they ask me to wait in the parking lot and they'll deliver my food shortly. It was not busy. It was just me and another car. Okay. No big deal. This sort of thing happens. It took 7 minutes for them to get my food to the car. Fine. I'm just happy I got my food. However, after waiting that long, I expected the food to be fresh! I open up my fries and they are cold! Not even room temperature, I mean cold. Wow. So then I open up my sandwich. Everything looked good until I took a bite. The sandwich was cold too! And the chicken was not fluffy or easy to chew either like it usually should be. This chicken sandwich was hard! Almost the consistency of an old burnt cake. To top it off, the chicken sandwich came with the wrong sauce! It should come with a tomato and herb sauce but this sandwich had the habanero ranch sauce instead. Unbelievable. I have ordered the same menu items here before and have had zero problems. I don't know if it's an off night but what happened was ridiculous and was a waste of $10. I'm rating three stars because I have had so many good experiences here but tonight was not...

I stopped coming to this location back in Sept 1st, 2023 of Last year because they kept getting my meal wrong and charging me. I always order (2) orders of bacon. 6 times they have given me (1) order but charged me for (2) I emailed corporate twice, all they want to do is offer coupons. So i went back last week 3/18/24 and decided to give them a try again. Guess what, only received (1) order charged for (2), they had me pull up front and wait for the other order, when i got to work and opened that order, it wasn't cooked, it had the white grease all over it and cold. I went again on 3/27/24 same thing again ordered (2) received (1). My husband was with me this time, i told him it would happen. The lady tried to get me to pull up to a parking spot again and wait. I said no, bring me my order. This was around 7:55. She through a fit and slammed the window and said i was going to get her in trouble for making the line long. OH WELL, GET PEOPLE'S ORDERS RIGHT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I think they do it on purpose. They owe me at least 4 orders of bacon. Wendy's will be opening soon, i'll be going there.
