My son and I stopped by last night around 7:00 pm for the 1st time after dinner. There was a total of 9 cars ahead of us, but we didn't mind the wait at all. Idk what type of speedy service/routine that they have but it works! We only sat for five minutes before the nice tall gentleman with dark brown hair came out to take our order. He was very Sweet and patient as I forgot my order, as soon as I seen him. Lol My apologies! Next time when we come I will be sure to have the menu on my phone. The sweet young lady at the window with short brown hair was awesome. She greeted us with a smile and took our payment and rushed to go get our order. I asked her if she didn't mind could we have an extra dish for my son's medium ice cream cone? She smiled and said yes, with no hesitation and went to go get one for us. She even brought him back a spoon, which was something that I didn't even think of! We are not from the area so being treated like a human being and respect just makes our day. We will be back very often! I do not mind the hour drive to get here. The service and Sweet treats are worth it all. Please let your employees that I described know that they are amazing and our great at what they do! Ohhhh and whoever made my oreo cheesecake shake knows what they are doing as well‼️ God Bless you...

My girlfriend and I come to Andy’s Frozen Custard often when we’re craving something sweet, and it never disappoints. The custard always tastes incredibly fresh — like it was just made in someone's kitchen, not in a factory. You can even see it being made through the front windows sometimes, which really adds to the homemade feel and quality.
They offer a ton of delicious options, and it’s fun to try something new each time. On a recent visit, we even got a free souvenir cup as part of a limited-time promotion — a small surprise that made the experience even better.
Price-wise, Andy’s is mid-range — not the cheapest ice cream around, but definitely worth it for the quality you get. The Concretes are especially good — thick, flavorful, and packed with mix-ins. As for the milkshakes, they’re not my favorite since they lean a bit too much on the milky side for my taste, but they’re still decent.
All in all, Andy’s is a great go-to for a treat, whether it’s a hot afternoon or a chilly night. Fresh, tasty, and...
Read moreOkaaaay, let me tell you all something! This frozen custard is AMAZING! I've had other frozen custards before and they always had a texture that was somewhat icee? I don't know how to describe it. Andy's custard has the perfect consistency--not too thick that i am hurting my cheeks to slurp through a straw, but not too thin that it's gone in 10 seconds--it's PERFECT. Additionally, it is the creamiest shake i've ever had. I'm a vanilla girl, so i ordered a vanilla frozen custard shake and it may have knocked ice cream based shakes down a whole notch. Seriously, i think frozen custard has taken the title in my books.
On another note, i am a bit of a hot fudge connoisseur; my biggest pet peeve is when places claim to have hot fudge and they hand you what is heated hershey's syrup--you know, the runny stuff? Andy's has 10 stars in my book, because they serve the REAL HOT FUDGE. The thick stuff that is rich and delicious.
Do yourselves a favor this summer and...
