Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in North Carolina

I just moved to the Charlotte area in March of 2018 and have been checking out lots of new and old restaurants. My husband and I went to Chicken Salad Chick for the first time today. It was excellent! They have salads, soups, sweet tea, and Coca-Cola products. The coolest thing about this place is that there are different types of chicken salads you can choose from. I purchased Olivia's Old South which is the regular chicken salad with white shredded chicken, minced celery, mayonnaise and their secret seasoning. With Olivia's Old South, sweet pickles and egg was included. I had this on wheat berry bread. Absolutely delicious! My husband had Laureyn's Lemon Basil which has all the ingredients of the regular chicken salad but with chopped pecans, fresh basil and lemon mixed in. And he also had a scoop of the Dixie Chick, which had lots of onions added to the regular salad. He loved both of them. I also had a cup of the Potato soup which was loaded with lots of potatoes. And a Buttercream Frosted cookie comes with your meal. It is very tasty. Lots of booths and tables and a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the other items on the menu. I went in for the first time a few weeks ago and ordered a scoop of chicken salad and a cup of potato soup to go. When I got home and opened the bag, the soup was everywhere. The had given me a cup of soup without a lid inside a clamshell container. It was a $9 meal and this didn't include a drink so this was very disappointing. Who packages to-go soup that way? So I didn't have any soup, and I had to scrape hot soup off the sides of my cold chicken salad. But then the chicken salad was AMAZING.

Two weeks later I decide to try it again, but I don't risk soup this time. I placed the order online for one small a la cart chicken salad and one large. When I picked it up, there were two small chicken salads inside the bag. It's a good thing that I checked. That cost close to $20 and is an expensive mistake. When I went back to the counter and pointed it out, it took TWELVE minutes to fix the problem. I placed my order online before coming in because I was in a hurry!
