Let me tell you about the nicest experience I've ever had looking to purchase jewelry. First off its safe. You have to go through 2 glass doors and they have to buzz you in. Second the workers are very knowledgable and not to pushy to get a sale. I was looking for a 1kt diamond tennis bracelet with the S link set in 10k-14kgold. They didnt have that exact one but there was 1 close to it, that had caught my eye. Miya the salesperson said well lets take a closer look maybe you'll like it better if I take it out the showcase. So she did and let me tell you it was perfect it was the exact style that I was looking for but it was a 3kt diamond and set in 14kt gold and it was 7.5 inches size wise. And I have a big wrist so I was looking for 7 3/4 - 8inches. Im like I know I cant afford no 3kt diamond tennis bracelet! I had been looking around at different stores and knew kinda the price range. I was like oh that"s nice but for 1. I cant't fit it and 2. I know its going to be to expensive. I was with my significant other who was going to get it for me for xmas. I wasn't sure how much he was willing to spend. So I said put it back and let me look around some more. I really didnt see anything else that could top that one. At this point my heart was set on the bracelet she showed me. So, here comes Mr. Ivan Scott. Very polite and well mannered. He was like I heard you saw a bracelet you liked. Im like yeah but Its to little and Its pribably way out if range for my pockets. He said well lets take another look at it. So we did. He put it on me and it fit perfect. I was grinning from ear to ear! But I didnt want to get to happy because I had to see how much it cost. Thats what going to kill my joy. So my man was like is that the one you want? I'm like yeah! Long story short I winded up getting the bracelet at a very good price with the help of Miya and Ivan conviencing my man it was a good deal. In which it was an excellent deal. Im very happy that I got it and it looks good on and I have been telling everyone I know to go see Ivan and Miya over at Brownlee Jewelers over off Christainbury by Concord Mills Malll. Thanks again Miya and Ivan!! Hope to see you soon...

Read moreBrownlee Jeweler at Sam Furr Road ruined my heirloom! My father passed away in April. All he left me was his Omega Constellation Watch. The crystal face was a bit scratched and someone recommended Brownlee Jewelers for repair. I brought my watch to the Sam Furr Road location in early August. It was not until September that my father's watch was ready. I went to the Sam Furr Road location shop for pick up, only to find that the crystal was fixed but the face hands were BROKEN! The manager was disappointed in their repair work and he said they'd fix it. The next day the manager had the nerve to call me and ask me for more money to repair the hands - that their repair guy broke!?!? After our discussion he said he had to clear it with the owner on how to proceed. He called me back, 20 mins later saying they would repair the damage at no cost to me. Again I reminded him - 'this watch was all my father left me and I want it repaired correctly'. Finally I received the call that my watch was ready for pick up. The date was Tuesday November 28th...incase you are paying attention to the amount of time that has passed from August it is now late November! Happily I return, this time the watch hands work, but they replaced the hands with black hands, original hands were a sapphire blue (my father was a sailor and the blue hands were symbolic of the sea) and the worst part, the CRYSTAL FACE WAS CRACKED AND SCRATCHED! Worst than the original reason I brought my watch in for repair. Since that day (7 days ago) no one from that store or the corporate establishment has reached out to give me an apology or a solution! I am absolutely insulted! How unprofessional and un-trustworthy! I am dissapointed but most of all heart broken. It's hard enough losing my father, but you damaged the symbolism of him with no...
