Chuck's Homemade — Restaurant in North Carolina

I know I’m the contrarian guy based on the incredible reviews and love this business gets, but Chuck’s is just okay. So this all with a grain of salt! Any business getting this many heartfelt posts deserves your business.

However, you know exactly what this ice cream is, and you’ve had it 100x over your life. It tastes like the stuff you had 20 years ago with the whacky flavors and food coloring. I’m sure Chuck is a nice guy, and the staff is great. These prices just don’t justify this quality of ice cream. You’re better off walking 20ft and getting a whole pint of premium ice cream at Lowe’s and eating in the parking lot. (disappears, sorry!)

I absolutely advise everyone to come and experience the most down home and humble employees at this establishment!!! Very sweet young ladies were very helpful in making the most mouth watering selections I’ve ever had!!!!100% Satisfied!!! The food was amazing and the service went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who helped us, she was young and was probably the most helpful and charismatic person ever!! I highly recommend this place as a person here on vacation!! Don’t just get the Icecream, get some amazing chocolates too! The great girl who helped us recommended the BEST things ever and the chocolate peanut butter rabbit she said we have to get was the 10000x better...
