Starbucks — Restaurant in Southport

From Wilmington to Leland to Southport, this Starbucks is by far the worst in the area. My coffee never tastes quite right like they’re missing an ingredient or the iced coffee wasn’t brewed properly. I mobile order and 9/10 times I still have to wait an extra 5-10 minutes past the estimated ready pick up time. If you order extra cold foam they seem to think you want even less than the normal amount. I was told they literally couldn’t give me extra because it’s policy, but if I’m paying for it, why does it matter? Don’t waste your money here. Oh my goodness this is the best Starbucks in America I’m not even joking! It felt like the old days when Starbucks was still top notch in service! It’s the biggest and most beautiful one I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to MANY. It was so refreshing to receive quality service AND a quality drink at Starbucks again. Other reviews mention drinks made wrong repeatedly due to possible lack of training and I couldn’t agree more. Ordered a flat white that didn’t taste of anything but hot milk. Went in for a replacement hoping they could make a latte a bit better but it tasted exactly the same as the flat white. Just a hint of coffee taste in both.
