UPDATE 8/13/23 this location is brand new and needs some help. I ordered on the app and when I got there they were very busy so I figured it would be a delay. I saw my order status ad ready on the overhead screen and it came and gone. Then, people who waited in line Wrre getting thier food and drink orders. The young lady finally gave me my coffee. I'm still waiting on my sandwich. After several people getting their orders who came in after me and waited in line, I finally had to stand in the line and the young lady Saif you still waiting for your order, unsaid yes and told her it was a sandwich and she said oh those will be Iverson there at the o linenirder pickup. I told here that inhad been waiting and everyone after me had received their items, including a family of 5 who came in 5 minutes after me. She said something to the man making the sandwiches, and he told her ohnits right here, it was sitting behind the counter all this time. insaid this sandwich has been sitting here all that time. She said yes, she did offer to have another made, i declined because inhad been there long enough. There were a few other people that had issues while inwas there. The staff does not seem to known what to do, you ask them something, and they get a blank stare and don't know what to say or do. One guy abiitnhad a heart attack cause he saw the man prepare his sandwich and touched jt with ni glove. He made another but didn't skip a beat didnt appoligize or anything. I don't make this review to be a Ken or be that person but this DD is close to the house and I thing there just needs more systems training and customer service training.
I've been to this new location 2x 1st time was good. This time, I think they need to work on customer service. Normally, I order on the app but I couldn't find what I needed on the app. So So I went in and no one was waiting, there was 3 staff. I waited almost 5 minutes before anyone spoke. The young lady finally came and asked my order. I got my order faster than it took me to order. Seemed they all 3 were handling the drive-through. Read moreIt seems as though the employees here need more training. The first time that we went and took 45 minutes to get drinks that were ordered on the mobile app. Like other reviewers, our order showed up on the screen as complete and ready for pick up, but came and went, and we’re nowhere to be found. We went this morning and similar issue waited for drinks to be completed but this time we ordered in the store, thinking that it would be faster. Each time we’ve been the food has been great, and the drinks perfectly made but when we have been on busy Saturdays at various different times this staff is all over the place yelling at each other and looking confused as if they don’t understand the systems in which order to send out orders or make them. They were sitting there at the drive-through window, asking customers what they ordered and we’re making them because the items that they did have were water down or have been sitting there a long time or the staff had no clue as to where their order was. sometimes the staff will just set drinks down wherever not in the designated drink pick up area. One girl is very rude to her own Coworkers asking for them to stop whatever it was that they were doing in order to do what she needed them to do but then she would proceed to just stand there with a blank look on her face. Read moreWe stopped in at the drive through and ordered of couple of sandwiches, Some hash browns and a couple of milks. It was evident immediately from the outside of the bag that the worker was working with some kind of avocado and it was all over the bag all over the inside of the bag all over the food all over everything pretty gross. We returned to the drive through And wanted a refund because we didn't trust that any of the food was edible. (we kept the milks) The girl at the drive through window was unapologetic and said. "Oh, he must have been making avocado toast and didn't change his gloves". We gave her the food back and our receipt. Without saying the word she closed the window and went away. I'm guessing it was the manage of a returned and acid of what it happened. I said talk to you workers to find out what happened. The manager came to the window and told us the girl threw the receipt away and It was only less than five minutes since we left the drive through window, he offered to remake our food which we didn't want because we had lost confidence in the sanitary conditions inside the store. We got our money back. The next time we want to have a little breakfast before we do our grocery shopping at Food Lion next door we will go to Biscuitville.
