I guess I just don't get it yet. Maybe you can teach me what your trying to do, please feel free. You build a New store, you hire new people, you start fresh in the community, even the county paves the street for you and your business. Why did you go to all of this trouble and money to build this business when you serve a bad product? 7 pm moping the floor? Seriously? I tracked all over and almost fell along with an older gentleman. Don't you think after hours would be better? At least that's what we use to do in the 80s. Your cook is standing with pre-made burgers that are at least 30 minutes old and 1 car in the drive thru. I'm a walk-in and I get a combo meal that I paid $10 and change and it's like it was in the dry heat, sloppily made and apparently light mayo means heavy on both sides of the bun and over cooked. The fries were hot but OLD. I went back up and said I would like a fresh burger please- then came attitude from behind the register, seriously? (So if you work for your money and go out to eat you want garbage can food also?)
Then after my fresh new burger came back out again, dripping in grease and the lettuce and onion were slathered in grease also, I didn't even bother with the fries. I ate it because I was hungry. I can't believe I did but I did. I cannot see how people like this survive and do not take some kind of pride in their work or new store? Is this how you want to start in the community? And let me not forget all the smoking by the employees right by the front door. People wonder why they don't go further in life, but you know - it's not my company and I don't pay you. As a Territory manager and local I would fire every one of you that didn't do exactly what you were paid to do. If you can't be managed you need to go and if your manager is letting product go out like this all the time (in this new store) i would let him or her go also and shut it all down until I get a good crew in that is willing to do right by customers. Please let me know, tell me what I am missing here. I gave you 2 stars but honestly that was...
Read moreI have eaten at this location on numerous times. I don't give a review after eating at a location just once because I don't think it's a fair review of the location. But after Poor service at this restaurant again this morning I feel the need to post a review of the location. I went through the drive-thru this morning just a little bit after 8:00 and the line was severely long . Because of whatever reason they were having people wait at the speaker to place your drive-thru order. It literally took me 28 minutes to place my order and get my food. With just me in the car I live 2 minutes from that site and once I turned home open my bag to find that I paid $12.78 for only one bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I had ordered a large hash round and the hash rounds was only half full. You really need to get more help in this location. And if the problem is keeping the help maybe you should offer your employees that stay and work their proper shifts a raise amd then maybe you could get more help. Because what I witnessed it was not the fact that they were so many people it was the fact that they were having to wait for food from the back. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit that I got the bread was baked severely hard on the bottom and there was only one slice of bacon. And apparently this site will not allow me to post...
Read moreI unfortunately I have Celiac that prohibits me from consuming flour based products. I usually stop in for breakfast when I’m in the area to check our properties. The managers on duty have kindly substituted the biscuits with gravy on the breakfast platter with either an additional piece or 2 of bacon, or an additional egg, or additional hash browns. The cashier was very polite and asked the “manager” on duty. This same manager has substituted in the past, but didn’t oblige today. I thanked the cashier and headed out. I turned around at the door to inquire why today was any different when I hear the manager speaking about me in front of another customer. I excused myself and asked her to repeat herself and she turned her back and chose to ignore me. I think it’s a shame people can’t try to accommodate people with food allergies. Apparently, there is a value in the biscuits with gravy because it’s also offered as a platter selection. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was a petite, African-American woman...
