My family ordered from here in 2022 and was pleased with the quality and quantity. Feb. 3rd 2023 we ordered again and they have gone down hill Big time. The 2 $8.00 Cheese Steak Subs we ordered were very tiny (about 50%) the size they were in 2022. The sub bun was an oversized hotdog bun and hardly any cheese steak inside. The $3.75 cheese fries were soggy and gross. The service at pick up was horrible, I stood there in front of the cash register to pick up my order for 5 minutes while employees were checking the cooler etc. behind the counter. I had to speak out loud before they took my name and my order was sitting on a rack right there the whole time. If you want good food and service I highly recommend you dine in or out else where. Saw this company on door dash figured I’d give it a try. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 order of fries. As soon as I placed my order I received a text saying the restaurant would not except orders but they still took the money out of my account. After calling the restaurant multiple times and having no one answer the phone I went to the restaurant to see if I could get my food or money back. On arrival found workers just sitting around eating no ones else in restaurant so why they couldn’t answer the phone is a mystery to me still. Anyway after explaining what happened to the woman behind the counter another worker got an attitude and said there is nothing they can do. Called the owner he said the same. 1st time visit. Came for lunch after being at beach visiting.. You pay up front at counter then seat your self. We ordered 3 seafood platters for lunch. Shrimp did have very strong chlorine taste. Flounder was very salty( over seasoned) and very mushy and oily! Fries were frozen crinkle fries, a little mushy not crispy. Hush puppies were a BIG disappointment. Very over done in the fryer! I bit into one and couldn't even chew it, (it was like a plastic chew ball toy). We were never checked on by anyone the entire time so I didn't say anything. Overall, food Portion was large though.
