Always slice the meat and cheese for every sandwich when ordered , not that morning ECT this does make a huge difference in the freshness taste for sure! Toppings are always fresh as well, orders are almost always right.... The only complaint I have had the last few times ( we go a couple times a month) is I always ask for my Mike's way with " sauce on the side" the vinager and oil ...if I save part of my sandwich this way it doesn't make the bread soft or mushy ...the last 2-3 times I get home after ordering online or in person and they don't put it on there like I asked , but none on the side ether! I end up substituting Italian dressing Not the same I assure you ! And yes I have asked if the container is in there always assured it is . Maybe I should look how ever they are awesome at packing 4-5 sandwiches into 1 bag and it's in there right and perfect don't want to take a couple out and fight to put it back . So maybe if they could advise there employees to watch carefully they get the requested side items in the bag as well would be awesome !! Jersey Mike's is the best dub shop around and we will continue to be loyal and go to only them heads...

A Truly Excellent Gluten-Free Experience at Jersey Mike's Subs! I recently visited Jersey Mike's Subs and was incredibly impressed by their commitment to gluten-free/celiac protocol. From the moment I mentioned my dietary needs, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a safe and delicious meal.

The manager personally brought out sealed gluten-free bread, fresh paper to prepare my sub on, and a clean knife, demonstrating a clear understanding and dedication to preventing cross-contamination. This level of care immediately put me at ease.

A special shout-out to Sawyer, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and incredibly careful throughout the entire process. Their conscientious approach made the experience even better.

Overall, it was a truly great experience. For anyone with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, Jersey Mike's Subs provides a safe, welcoming, and delicious option....

Attitudes were awful. Got argued with by one if the employees who was loudly cursing when we walked in. I'd told them there was a problem with their cups. They were covered in grease. Even after I told them the problem, they continued giving out the greasy cups. Had the employee argue with me, in front of the manager, and she did nothing to stop him. Basically called me a liar.

The guy was lying saying I didn't tell him there was a problem with the cups. I did, in front of several people. Behaved poorly and the manager did nothing. Then, as I'm leaving, he walks into the parking lot staring me down. All 90lbs of him. Weirdest sandwich shop interaction I've ever had. Don't waste your money. They need to completely re-staff.
