Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in North Carolina

I was excited to try this place, and I was disappointed. Firstly, which isn't a bit deal but I honestly thought the inside would have places to sit, I came here with my family and we were all excited to sit down and try some different cakes but walked in and realized there's no tables or chairs, bit of a bummer, but oh well. It's an order and go place. Still wanted to give it a try. The girl at the front of the store didn't look like she wanted to be there, didn't really interact with us at all, didn't ask us any questions, she just stood there, looking bored. Alas I still decided to get one cake though, I choose the lemon raspberry Bundt cake. After getting home I tried it and there's basically no raspberry at all. It's essentially just a basic lemon cake. If I wanted a basic lemon cake, I'd order a basic lemon cake. I just recently got married last month and ordered our wedding cake and 6 dozen bundtinis for our guests. When I say I am beyond happy that I went with them, the whole process of our cake testing, and finalizing our order it went super smooth. Every single last employee was so unbelievably helpful and kind. I was even able to speak to the owner Brittany who is super sweet she went over ever detail with me and even went above and beyond to even send me a list of ingredients for our flavors to make sure that our guests who did have a food allergy they would be able to still have options. I’m so glad that we finally got a Nothing Bundt Cakes in Jacksonville! The first time I visited the Jacksonville location, I was greeted by Brittany’s Mom(owner) when I walked into the business and she was so nice. She was helpful and even though the business was crowded she didn’t make me feel as if she was rushing me so that she could help the next person. She made sure that she got my information and that she answered any questions that I had.
