Sign on the door says open for take out and delivery. I was parked 5 feet from the door. Attempted to call in my order and asked if it could be carried to my car. Was told yes but I must download the app and order through that. Which I attempted to do. Not all menus items were available on the app. Called back, was told no problem you’ll just have to pay separately for your soup. Asked again would they be able to bring it to me, stated yes. App failed and crashed on payment and would not move. Called again, was told to give my order over the phone but it would be at least 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the store but I gave my order over the phone. Plain tuna sub, no cheese no toasting, nothing, just tuna and wheat bread and a bowl of soup. Stated they would bring it to me. It had already been more than a half an hour. Watched them make my order and sit it on the counter and start conversing. After 15-20 more minutes I went inside and both girls went behind the wall into the back room. Had to call to them, finally one appeared. I asked what the hold up was and she informed me that they cannot deliver food to a car parked at the door. After having told me multiple times that she would. I showed her that the app wasn’t working and she said she knows nothing about working the app. I paid for my food and both employees retreated behind the back wall to continue conversing. They had not given me a straw for my drink so I had to wait again and call them out. On the way home the lid came off of my soup and spilled into the bag. It was cold by then anyway and I had to discard it. Neither employee was knowledgeable or helpful. I will no longer go to Subway. Most likely any of them as when you have a problem your only choice is an automated system. But especially not that one. These employees are to young, inexperienced, self centered, and lazy to be...
