Not sure where to start this review for my order from January 9th, 2023.
Ordering the food was just the first issue. I tried to order food around 9 since the store was open until 10pm. I tired ordering online through the website, I tired to order online through the app, I even tried to order over the phone. The website didn't show an option to order for that night only the following morning, the app said the store wasn't able to do online orders, and the phone rang and no one picked up. I drove to the store to see if I could still place an order as there was still 30 minutes and Little Caesars has handled orders in much less time in the past for me. When I arrive I see only 1 employee working and they are focused on taking inventory while listening to music. I ask if they are still taking orders and was told yes very offhandedly as the employee continues to do inventory without even looking at me. I awkwardly wait for a bit before realizing she isn't planning to look up from the inventory to take the order. I eventually managed to place the order without being acknowledged. I was not provided a receipt, but was told the order would take about 15 minutes.
I proceeded to wait for my food. While waiting I noticed that the employee never washed their hands or use any gloves while preparing foods. The employee continued to do inventory which normally would be fine as a store is preparing to close, but they still continued to make my order and handle food without washing their hands or even wear gloves. When I did get my food 25 minutes later as soon as I went to leave the employee shut off the lights in the store before I was even out. To add insult to that act I noticed that they didn't turn off the open sign, but that after I got gas from down the road and passed the store again the lights were back on. I am not sure if they were turning the lights off to be rude to me or not, but it certainly felt very rude.
Finally the food itself. The pizza was good to go, but the sides were wrong. There was supposed to be 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread and 1 normal crazy bread. What we got was reversed, but unfortunately I couldn't check to see if I was charged incorrectly since they did not provide...
Read moreOnline orders are never ready when promised, most times it's about 25 minutes past, which puts a simple "Hot and Ready" pizza about 40 minutes to get.......a couple times the pizza ordered was finished, waiting for me when I got there, but add another 10 minutes for anyone to come upfront to the counter to even acknowledge me....... employess can be seen through the ovens making orders with their bare hands, no gloves, while at the same time playing with their phone........ Usually the small lobby area has 3 to 4 other customers waiting for their orders as well and whenever anyone tries to get those in back attention, they seem not to be able to hear any frustrated customers,...... which is really weird, becuase we can easily hear them as they joke, laugh, and carry on with one another........ Not the best location, poor customer service, cleanliness is certainly not priority , and Heaven forbid you ask for any...
Read moreNot one to leave nasty reviews, experience in the food industry so I understand mistakes happen. This was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I stop by because im in a hurry and want something quick. There is nobody in the whole building other than me. All i ordered was a pepperoni (hot and ready???). 15 minutes go by and no sign of my pizza. After 20 minutes the girl pops her head back and asks if she already took my order (I’m the only person that has come in for 20 minutes?!). I politely respond yes. I then see her start to make my pizza! After 25+ minutes i finally get my pizza and she asks is this all you got? I was in disbelief. Its not over. When i get home i find out she didnt even CUT THE PIZZA. I understand things happen but this worker must have been on drugs. Very disappointed. If she offered me a free drink or side or warned me that the pizza wouldnt be ready for a while, I wouldnt have left this...
