Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in North Carolina

I use to be a regular customer of this business and I never encountered challenges until recently. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 7:00 pm. Upon arrival at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I was told that my order was not in the system. I showed the staff, my mobile receipt, she looked at it and walked away. No feedback was provided. I waited for 15 minutes and enquired into the status of my order. Staff stated that she cannot make the order. I once again showed her my confirmation receipt. The three female staff in the store ignored me, laughing and giggling amongst themselves. I left the store without my order. I visited this location on 6-26-2022. The temporary hours state they close at 6pm.....I arrived 10 mins prior. The door was locked, people were still inside the store, but they refused to acknowledge new patrons at their door. If your store closed at 5:50, I have no gripe but your sign states 6pm but your employees made the decision to NOT accept anymore customers. This is horrible customer service and it's not like there isn't another Smoothie establishment nearby. This is a new location and I won't label all franchises but this one just received a bad strike. In the process of ordering my smoothie, the cashier called out to No Name to make my smoothie. She was sweeping, placed the equipment down got straight to making my smoothie. In the process of searching for my card which took less than a min, I asked respectfully if the employee would wash her hands. She was willing however seemed confused about why she had to.
